Yoga is a good thing to do regularly, and sometimes a walk to the forest or somewhere pretty and just sit there for a while.

Yeah, things aren't too bad here. The weather has been nice and I have been off work, so have been out and enjoying it! I also get to go home soon to see family, so it's nice!
