One is occupying the body of another person. That gives the occupied person the right to remove them.

Wrong. It would only be the majority of the Supreme Court. The majority of people in the US still support abortion rights.

The majority want reproductive rights. Trump wasn't elected by the majority of voters. The senate does not represent the majority of voters. These two government agencies were able to place three far right religious justices on the supreme court and these three are making the decisions in favor of the far right religious minority.

No, the crucial aspect is having a brain developed enough to feel pain and to be conscious. That doesn't happen until at *least* the 6th month or pregnancy.

We should use the same criterion for being alive as we do for death: brain activity.

Of course. But that "reality" is one of the reasons for my conviction about the future of democracy in the US.Germans were pretty surprised in 1933 and 1934 when Hitler dismantled democracy in Germany and turned it into a dictatorship.
