Some will try and pick his brain, some will try to kill home, some will try to have sex with him, there'll be fanclubs for him, many will deny that he is in fact from the future (honestly this would probably be me, with my inherent distrust of many things), if it is true that he's from the future people would want to know how that worked obviously and see if they can recreate it.

I think mainly he'd be detained by some country and his brain picked while the world loses it's mind for several years before people stop caring. I wouldn't expect some huge impact after 5 years or so, unless he somehow showed us how to time-travel, and then I would expect Hell itself to be unleashed.

I'd have to shoot my self, that is if guns are still legal at the time.
Well I suppose then I could travel to a past where they still were legal.

In my world view, time travel is a thing of science fantasy.
If time travel was a possibility, it'd just blow my mind.

Not really. I dont know if this is possible, but if you travel through space fast enough, theoretically you can go back in time.

See, we have to also explore rationally if travelling fast enough can pus the mass back in time. If this kind of technology is developed in the future, and the so called "alien" looks different, evolved, speaks in different ways to us, what would we do?? Not just question we would ask.

Can this alien travel back to the future? How in the world would that be? Can we go so slow that it accelerates time? Is that even a concept on Einsteins mind?

Are you thinking of the "warp bubble" that has been proposed Spacecraft in a ‘warp bubble’ could travel faster than light, claims physicist – Physics World ? That is not related to time travel as far as I know.

There's also some very far out/interesting speculation such as Time Travel: Theories, Paradoxes & Possibilities so it's fair to construct a science-fiction "what if" scenario.

To travel backward in time, the spacecraft’s velocity must exceed:

where u is the velocity of the planet relative to Earth, and c is the speed of light.

Apparently to travel in time you'd have to travel much faster than the speed of light. Basically you'd have to travel so fast that you got back before you left for your trip.
