Dreamers. No it isn't. Simply look up "amateur porn." Or go to Pornhub, which is mentioned in your linked article, and type in "college party." There's a ton of unpaid porn performers. And as has been pointed out, unless you're a porn star there's truly very little money to be made.
.
Or an appreciation and enjoyment of something that's fun and natural. It's all about the money.
Maybe we're not in the same thread. here is a copy the thread I'm in.Are we in the same thread? The OP nor the article make any mention of money.
So the idea of porn is a way to say to the world, "Look, this is fun and natural"?Or an appreciation and enjoyment of something that's fun and natural.
Bodies are not commodities to be used, abused, brought and sold
You do realize, do you not, that the reason porn exists is do in a large part to cultural prudery. Excessive propriety and modesty brought on by the Puritan sense of indecency, which has been kept alive for the last 400 years by like-minded Christians. That were it not for this sin driven propriety that makes X, Y, and Z so loathsome they would have never attained the interest they now enjoy. Make the bare female ankle scandalous, and guess what men want to see? Make bare female breasts taboo and guess what men want to see. Make the sight of two people engaging in sex off limits and guess what men and women want to see. This isn't to say this is the only factor that gives rise to pornography, but it's certainly a major one.I think it’s time that people wake-up and realize or remember that porn is not healthy or harmless. It is not “good or nice”
Bodies are not commodities to be used, abused, brought and sold or viewed as merchandise for one’s selfish pleasure.

So the idea of porn is a way to say to the world, "Look, this is fun and natural"?
Is the world trying to claim that sex is not enjoyable or natural?
Did anyone bother to read the article or just react?

Bad things happen in every industry. Instead of banning porn, which will only make such things worse, increase regulations and awareness and hold sites to better account.Did anyone bother to read the article or just react?
“Every day Pornhub is host to pornographic material that features racism, incest, and violence against women. The site is also known to have hosted videos of child sexual abuse and sex trafficking victims, such as in late 2019 when it was revealed that Pornhub hosted videos of a trafficked teenage girl being raped.
This was not an isolated incident.
For years, until late 2019, Pornhub hosted content from and promoted GirlsDoPorn as one of its featured partners even after requests were made to have the content removed by the women shown in the material AND while GirlsDoPorn was in court facing charges of trafficking (and more) from over 20 women that were used in the production of its material.”
Porn is addictive, changes brain chemistry, causes loneliness, damages real relationships and intimacy.
This isn’t about prudishness, my view is that porn is harmful and exploits people.
4 Ways Porn Use Causes Problems

Pornhub and Free Porn Are Neither "Good" Nor "Nice" - National Center on Sexual Exploitation
You do realize, do you not, that the reason porn exists is do in a large part to cultural prudery. So, if you want to blame pornography for exploiting people, then you might want to start by looking in Christianity's back yard as a prime inducement.

It is possible there are exceptions, as with anything, Yet, I still believe overall porn is detrimental to people.I believe that without porn my marriage would have ended years ago. I discovered porn, learned from it and revitalised a boring relationship. To me and my husband that makes it very healthy and most definitely not selfish
As for the actors, most are in it for enjoyment. Whats wrong with that?
