Ahh finally a yoga fit for AussiesBeer yoga.
In my disappointed opinion.
ha ha ha ha thanks for reminding me about all the yoga fads. You've left out dog yoga, where people do yoga with pets sitting on them. Yes, its real. What's next? Parachute yoga is next. You do your yoga while falling from a plane. Yes I am making that last one up, but yes someone will start a fad about it.Hot yoga, cold yoga, nude yoga, bhakti yoga, jnana yoga, walking yoga, drinking yoga, food yoga?
I'll check that out thanks. I am so clumsy, so tight, and just all around uncoordinated. I could use any of the help I can get.For being thousands of years old, yoga has held up pretty well to scientific scrutiny. But the newest movement science and functional movement ideas have made some improvements over yoga.

But again, Yoga has held up pretty well

YouTube yoga that went from pose to pose to pose quite quickly. I should point out that I have an old ankle injury that complicates matters. Thanks for the advice. ( The pray for me comment was just a joke... )I dont do praying, waste of time. But i do do yoga, 20 minutes every morning and gave done for years. Out of bed, spread out the mat, turn on the DVD and free up my body.
Don't do more than you body can take, if it hurts it wrong. Over time, as your body becomes more supple you will find yourself doing exercises that you found impossible previously.

Whatever it is, my wife makes it look easy, and I can only keep up for 10 minutes before I get frustrated and any possibility for a peaceful practice is null. I've tried it about 5 times this year. Over the summer I did 3 sessions at a yoga studio; beginner class. Still, no love.
