He said no such things in his speech. Quit avoiding the question.
FYI for anyone in the thread: you can find a transcript of Trump's speech here:

Full Transcripts: Trump’s Speech on Immigration and the Democratic Response

As to kids being detained, if I commit a crime and am taken into custody, my kids will also be detained.
This isn't true at all:

Arrest: What happens to my child?

The law does not require the arresting officers to let you make arrangements for your child at the time of arrest. The arresting officer may let you make a phone call to make sure that your child is with a responsible relative or close friend. If you're unable to make a call, ask the first attorney assigned to you to get a court order allowing you to make emergency phone calls to locate your child and arrange for her care. If you do not have family who can care for your child, contact a trusted friend to care for your child or help you talk with your child.

What if my child is with me?

If your child is with you when you’re arrested, the arresting or booking officer may allow you to arrange care for your child before being booked. If so, call as soon as possible:

- The child's other parent;
- A responsible relative of the child; or,
- A responsible friend—someone your child knows and trusts.

What if my child is not with me?

If your child is not with you, let the school, day care center, or other caregiver know:
- That you will not be able to pick up your child; and
- That your relative/friend/babysitter will be picking up the child; or,
- Whom they can call to care for your child.

What if my child is not picked up?

If your child is not picked up by a relative or friend, s/he will likely be placed in an emergency shelter through the county Child Protective Services (CPS) agency. (Welfare & Institutions Code §§300(g) & 306)).

What if my child goes to CPS?

If your child is brought to CPS, act as quickly as possible:

- Call a relative immediately; or,
- Have your relative call CPS immediately; and,
- Tell your relative to bring any proof that exists about their relationship (birth certificate, signed letter from you, passport).

CPS will release your child to a parent, guardian or responsible relative who poses no risk or danger to your child. (Welfare & Institutions Code §309(a)). CPS will initiate an emergency assessment of relatives who come forward to care for the child. This assessment includes a criminal background check, verification of their relationship to the child, and a visit to the home to ensure that the environment is safe. CPS may also consider a “nonrelative extended family member” as a caregiver. (Welfare & Institutions Code §309(d)) If CPS does not place your child with a relative within 48 hours, CPS must file papers in court to make your child a dependent of the court.

In the speech trump say

This is a humanitarian crisis. A crisis of the heart, and a crisis of the soul. Last month, 20,000 migrant children were illegally brought into the United States, a dramatic increase. These children are used as human pawns by vicious coyotes and ruthless gangs. One in three women are sexually assaulted on the dangerous trek up through Mexico. Women and children are the biggest victims, by far, of our broken system.

ICE say

ICE agents have arrested an average of 4,143 undocumented immigrants without a criminal record each month under the Trump administration. say ICE them self.

Not Religious
Democrats claim Trump’s Oval Office telecast was filled with “malice.” Can anyone please point me to any specific comment the president made that amounts to malice?

What democrats referred to the speech as 'malice?' Where's your link/source?

What? Me worry?
You do know that citizens of USA kill each other a lot more often then there is one iligal imigrant who do it? But i think you highlight them because they are not wanted, What you forgetting is that they are human beings too, just like you and I.

What is the crisis with a few people come to America without papers? I am sure that happens in most countries in the world, but ony Trump is screaming about them, but gladly use them to his advantage

But these can be easily stopped. You are in favor of stopping murders, aren't you?

I asked you several times and you didn’t answer. I’ll give you the definition:

Conscious and evil intentional wrongdoing done with ill will and/or hatred.
Here's another:
mal·ice
/ˈmaləs/
noun
  1. the intention or desire to do evil; ill will.
Many consider a wall between US and Mexico to be evil. Trump said he wanted a wall.

Many consider lying to be evil. Trump lied.

Many consider separating children from parents to be evil. Trump justified it.

Many consider shutting down to Government because Limbaugh told Him He was being a wuss, to be evil. Trump did it. During the speech, he justified it.

That's four instances of malice using the first definition that pops up on Google.

What's your point?

do you not see/hear the ill will and consious lies from him?
And why do you not answer my questions?

Sorry but in my eyes trump have not done america good. and he keep blaming democrats.
who said the wall should be paid by Mexico? Trump did, do they pay, no.
who say now that americans must pay? trump do, not democrats

see where this going. He is only lying all the time.
Are you really happy the way Trump is president? if yes. why
Ok. So you can’t point to any actual malice in the speech. Got it.

Well he did cite cases of American citizens "savagely murdered in cold blood" by undocumented immigrants and asked "How much more American blood will be shed before Congress does its job?"

I'd like to know many such cases there are compared to the non-immigrant incidence in America of people being "savagely murdered" - seems to me that US schoolkids are mown down every other month without anyone batting an eyelid.

He also said that 90% of heroin sold in the US came from Mexico, though US government figures make clear all but a small percentage is smuggled through legal points of entry, so his "wall" would not make a blind bit of difference to drug smuggling.

In fact, on the contrary, according to the BBC, who I trust a great deal more than that congenital liar in the White House: "research indicates that undocumented immigrants are much less likely to commit crime than native-born American citizens."

So he was plainly trying to stir up fear and hatred of immigrants, using false and misleading statements. That is malice.
Wrong on all accounts, and it doesn’t even amount to malice.

What's your point?
Obama and Hillary advocates a wall at different points. Are they evil? Of course not, and neither is Trump. Without evil intent there can be no malice.

I watched it live.
And still you can not find fault in his speech?

You support that he has hate speech toward people in need of help? not only in the speech last night but in general? it look like people in RF see his politics more then just one speech.

That’s one state and just because there’s a written policy that doesn’t mean that’s what happens.
It's an example. Look at other states and you'll see similar situations.

You e never heard of kids being taken into custody when citizens commit crimes?
"Custody" in the sense of "this person or agency is now the custodian of this child and is responsible for their well-being" (e.g as in divorced parents having "joint custody"), yes. Not "custody" as in "let's put this toddler in prison."

Do you think toddlers should be put in prison?

Wild guess, let me know if I'm right: you see no malice in Trump because you agree with his position.

After all, nobody's the villain of their own story.
