It seems a bit much to prohibit student groups from passing out condoms. I could understand if they were barring the college from financing such things, even though I'd still think it was a stupid decision, but to barr other people from spending their own time and money is a bit overboard and a couple miles past stupid.

Question: Is Boston College private or public? If private, I could see them legally being able to do this, like Catholic hospitals can deny their workers (me!) birth control in our health care insurance. But if it's public, I think the ACLU has a case.

Its very easy to get any medicine or pretty much anything from a pharmacy at least in my city, but I doubt it is as easy in most other parts, specially the little villages where everyone knows each other. I live on the economic capital so that nsot a problem

I ve never been asked evefor Id when I ask for a condom, and I am small. Then again... i am not sure if I would be asked if I asked a condom while having my goaty shaved

In Canada, America, most of Europe I'm guessing, condoms are readily available, like snack machines ... at gas stations, in many high schools, certainly in bars. So you didn't know that?
