That's nothin'- I read about this engineer that put the reproductive, urinary and excretory tracts in the same anatomical region! Talk about stupid. Some mammals actually breathe and drink through the same opening, while others, like dolphins, have separate holes for each. I'd like to see that engineer's license revoked. And don't get me started on that incompetent engineer screwing up the gene for L-gulonolactone oxidase.

Atleast you don't have to travel far from the snackbar to the outhouse!

Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth declare if thou hast understanding
Who hath laid the measures thereof if thou knowest or who hath stretched the line upon it
Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened or who laid the corner stone thereof
When the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy
Or who shut up the sea with doors when it brake forth as if it had issued out of the womb
When I made the cloud the garment thereof and thick darkness a swaddlingband for it
And brake up for it my decreed place and set bars and doors
And said Hitherto __ shalt thou come but no further and here shall thy proud wavesbe stayed
Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days and caused the dayspring to knowhis place
That it might take hold of the ends of the earth that the wicked might be shaken out of it
It is turned as clay to the seal and they stand as a garment
And from the wicked their light is withholden and the high arm shall be broken
Hast thou entered into the springs of the sea or hast thou walked in the search of the depth
Have the gates of death been opened unto thee or hast thou seen the doors of the shadow of death
Hast thou perceived the breadth of the earth declare if thou knowest it all
Where is the way where light dwelleth and as for darkness where is the place thereof

Poetic, but many scientifically false statements.

There you go, limiting yourself to the thoughts found in men's books. How trite little human.

With a bang God created the universe to unfold into what we have today just like a seed grows into a tree. What most do not realize is that is was created to unfold in such a way that man will figure it all out in time. The reason for this is that life is the education of God's children. Never worry about scientists for they are walking toward God. In time they will know.

He supposedly creates the Universe for man to gain knowlesge of, but kicks Adam and Eve out of the Garden for gaining knowledge.

And you cannot see the contradiction?

A little modesty is in order here. Perhaps scientists can respond to the questions Jehovah asked Job "Where did you happen to be when I founded the earth? ...Who set its measurements in case you know?... Was it from your days onward that you commanded the morning?...Where,now, is the way to where light resides?" (Job 38:4-19) Actually, all that science can do is study the work of the greatest Scientist and try to dimly understand the wisdom, power, and intelligence manifest in this work.

I was responding to Rusras challenge to answer the supposed scientific questions in Job.
Personally, I put no faith in the revealed revelations of men.

As for "little" human.....you better feel again....:sarcastic

You mean books, like your bible?

Now I'm wondering if you're a non-Christian pretending to be one so you can make Christians look bad.

But in reply...

How you gonna read your scriptures if you cannot read?

Who said I believe in the Bible? Do I know the Bible, yes. It is a book written by men, however. And like all books, there is some truth to be learned. And like all books, it is written with a pre-concieved agenda in mind. And what about all the other manuscripts written at the time the Bible was assembled? Why were they left out?

I recently spent 6 years on my own studing forensics. I took the tools of forensics investigation and applied them to what I understood about Bible stories. Boy, did I come away with some different thoughts.

I'm not a Christian. The religions we see around us today are built by men, therefore are inheriantly corrupt. However, I do believe in a Creator. I can prove the fallacy of current Biblical thinking. Be that as it may, I do believe 'GOD' can be found in religion.

The very fact we have Satan worshippers, proves there is a "GOD."

Wow, too many argument fallacies to count.

1. Without the bible/Torah/Quran, your god wouldn't exist.

2. You claim to be an informal student of "forensics" (as if there was only one type), yet decry education. Hear that? It's your credibility plummeting even further down the cliff.

3. Your last sentence contains several argument fallacies, including non sequitur and a circular argument. See what an education can do for you?

Who said I don't have an education?

The Creator existed before the Bible.

I don't decry education, I decry the arrogance that goes with it.

Orly?...

Ahhh, the limits of mortal men's papers. Do you really think the Creator cares about your so-called colleges? The Christ did not publish any papers. Nor did he go to any of your colleges, yet he sits at the right hand of God, or as I prefer to call him, Creator.
You're so right. All true Christians should remain as ignorant as possible. Education is the enemy of Christianity.
so damn true!!!!!!!!!!!

That wet sounding THUMP sound was your credibility hitting rock bottom.

BTW, what, exactly, do you base your "The Creator existed before the Bible" comment on?

As an engineer myself, I find the idea of calling God an engineer mildly offensive.

Engineers have a duty of care to the people who use their designs. There's no responsibility or duty of care evident in God's "design".
There is a simple way to distinguish a scientist from an engineer:

 • An engineer wants to know what will happen before he does something
 • A scientist wants to know what will happen after he does something
God qualifies as neither, since he allegedly already knows what will happen. :D

I hope God has professional indemnity insurance after the mess he's made with us :p

Uh, O.K. Got any support for these bald assertions? Or do you expect us to accept on faith the rantings of some anonymous guy on the internet?

And your speculation is based on what authority?

You can't state "facts" without support so support away. (Note: if it has anything to do with scripture please don't even bother).
By what authority????? God, of course. God will not just give you all the knowledge. It must be earned. He is nice enough to confirm a few things. Besides, doesn't evolution describe part of this unfolding. Hmm??? Your Adam and Eve is no more than a story. Real answers are more complex.

My job isn't to give you all the answers. Like God, I place the truth out there. It is up to you to discover it for yourself. Burden of proof is on the one who seeks the knowledge. I merely point so you might think!! I need no believers nor followers to keep me warm. Like everything in life. The choices are all yours.

I take that as a no, you have no support for your false assertions. Good to know.

Thanks, I took up the burden and found out that God doesn't exist, so I'm doing fine.

You seem to have quite a lot to say about him, but no way to persuade us that you know anything about the subject, so I'll just continue to disregard your contributions.
