When is the male sexual peak?

Various sources tell me that the peak of the male sex drive is reached between the ages of 18 and 22, while other sources have stated that it occurs in the early 30s. My two questions are primarily directed toward older men:
1) At what age were you the horniest? and
2) At what age were you the most sexually successful with women?

Mid twenties.
It takes time to learn that sex drive is not enough....., to a woman it is never a race. Though for some, if not all, enjoy the chase. And an even longer cooling off period.

My experience is usually people get better at sex over time, so although a younger person is more hormonally active they are also more nervous and know less about their partners anatomy and needs. I've been married for 20 years, but even then with the same partner things have gotten better. I think I'm more into it now as well, because when I was young I was just always nervous or distracted -- which doesn't help enjoyment at all. My drive went up when I started having better sex because I was more interested.

I mean, I realize that is anecdotal, but w/e. I also don't watch any porn, at all. Just never was my thing.

Most likely late teens and early twenties.

Depends on what you mean by "successful". I had a variety of female partners from my mid teens until I voluntarily became celibate around age 40, but I don't count simply getting laid by a number of women as "successful" because that has too little to do with the quality of the sex. In my 30s, I was a much more considerate, involved, and passionate lover than I was in my teens and twenties. By then, lust had given way to passion, and selfishness to consideration. If I was ever a "successful" lover it would have been in my 30s, although I probably had fewer lovers during that period than I had earlier.

Mid teens, it was........ That was so dreadful. Totally uncontrollable erections without warning. No idea about how to get closwr to the girls. Thinking about sex in every waking and dreaming moment.

No wonder some kids are completely bonkers..... I was.

I was never over successful with women. My friend could 'pull' women with a glance and a smile, or was it a grin? I still don't know the secrets of all that, 50 years on.

But the last 25 years have been a dream for me. One Partner, now married this last 11 years. And whereas 50 years ago a climax lasted about 5 seconds, they go on for about 40 seconds....... yep..... thgis is the best time for me, in my late 60's. Honest.

I'd have to disagree. A man with a 25 year old partner is def. going to be more eager than a man with a 75 year old woman lol

That is not an actual reflection of the strength of one's sex drive.

Honestly, if I was a teen now, (what with a brain now, like I didn't have back then! ) I would go and see my GP and appeal for any help with medication that could reduce the desperate urges to help me live a life.
If they have not sorted out some medication to help by now then I would be very surprised.
