Actually, I think that land should probably just become a UN protectorate of some sort, directly governed by the UDHR, since they can't play nice with each other.
Just kidding.
Leave them to sort out their own problems, I guess. Stop giving billions of dollars in "aid" to Israel.

I'd say uniting Israel and Palestine is essentially the same problem as uniting south and north Korea. In both cases one nation embraced economic freedom and the other socialism. So with such a contrast of haves and have nots, it's very difficult to solve unless Palestine wants to free itself from it's own oppression first. Like East V West Germany to some extent
