Why would Venezuela need Iranian oil? They have tons of their own.

Having oil in the ground doesn't necessarily mean that they
can get it out, & process it into needed products, eg, gasoline.
The plague, a shaky economy, & Trump's embargo of imports
like refinery repair parts are crippling Venezuela.
We're waging economic war against both them & Iran.
Why? It makes Israel happy.

The US hasn't signed the Rome Statute. The ICC can only prosecute individuals from member states.
Should the US sign the Rome Statute? If they did there's a good chance that actions like those of the Bush administration would have never happened. Bush jr. and all his helper would enjoy Dutch hospitality for life.
