I agree, it could have been on purpose. And to be more specific it was used by the 7th SS Volunteer Mountain Division Prinz Eugen:

More to the point, it was used, acc. Wiki, as the symbol of the SS Race and Settlement unit, which was charged with maintaining racial purity.

Hey the great King Arthur was recorded in the Welsh stories. The UK should just use this flag instead.
It definitely makes a strong statement and who doesn't like stories with dragons.

Not something anyone will have to trouble themselves with for the forseeable future. Since you're asking though, ditch the flag.
