What would you do if you got an email from your boss encouraging you to masturbate every day for 30 minutes during your hours? For the employees of the Swedish Erika Lust, director of female-friendly p0rn films, it is reality.
Lust firmly believes in the benefits of masturbation and wants to break the stigma around it with her stunt. She also wants to encourage other companies to give their employees such a masturbation moment.
May is International Masturbation Month. At Lust Cinema in Sweden, they will not let that opportunity pass unnoticed. CEO Erika is launching a campaign that gives her employees the permission to masturbate for 30 minutes every day until the end of the year. During work! Yes, you read that correctly.
Sharper focus
It is not a new concept. According to a 2016 survey from Time Out New York, a whopping 39 percent of people masturbate at work.

Psychologists believe it can sharpen focus and boost productivity.
Is it misplaced or Motivational? According to psychologists: the second. Self-gratification during the hours could sharpen your focus and increase your productivity. And that is precisely something that the employees of Lust Cinema struggled with.
“The pandemic and the massive changes in our lives made my employees a bit restless and performed with less energy,” says Lust. “So I installed a private masturbation booth at work. Because if there’s one thing that everyone feels good about, it’s masturbating. I value my employees, and I know they do a good job when they feel good.”
