The Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monsterism: World’s Fastest growing Religion

"its principles are simple - have fun, don’t do anything stupid or mean, – and its heaven contains a beer volcano and a stripper factory. I was instantly hooked.”

Flying Spaghetti Monsterism is currently the world’s fastest growing religion.

The Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster was started by Bobby Henderson in 2005 when he wrote a letter protesting the Kansas School Board’s decision to include Intelligent Design in the Science curriculum.
It became an Internet phenomenon, spawning a gospel, and of course, a Holiday show.

“Religion was always a very slippery slope for me, without any answers that I could latch onto,” says Gable. “However, when I heard about Flying Spaghetti Monsterism, it seemed to make the most sense. Its principles are simple - have fun, don’t do anything stupid or mean, love pasta – and its heaven contains a beer volcano and a stripper factory. I was instantly hooked, and I’ve been sharing His Noodlyness’ words ever since.”

More on the Delicious News of our Lord:

Flying Spaghetti Monster - Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia
(content-free yet delicious and wonderfully nutritious; plus non-fattening ;))

“Let us sing praise to the Flying Spaghetti Monster, for He is a loving God. Of His might and dominion, there is no compare; of His mercy and deliciousness, there is no equal. No other god can challenge Him; in the taste test, He is invincible. Through His pasta, He has blessed us with everlasting life, and holy is His Name. For He is the Flying Spaghetti Monster: the One, True, and Most High God, creator of man and midgit, giver of pasta, giver of sauce, from age to holy age; not created He was, but ever He lives, through the glory of spaghetti, now and forever. R'Amen.”

~ Ishmali Camuwundra (pbuh) on the Flying Spaghetti Monster

"I think we can all look forward to the time when these three theories are given equal time in our science classrooms across the country, and eventually the world; One third time for Intelligent Design, one third time for Flying Spaghetti Monsterism, and one third time for logical conjecture based on overwhelming observable evidence."”
~ Bobby Henderson (pasta be upon him)

    For the other gender: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invisible_Pink_Unicorn

"Invisible Pink Unicorns are beings of great spiritual power. We know this because they are capable of being invisible and pink at the same time. Like all religions, the Faith of the Invisible Pink Unicorns is based upon both logic and faith. We have faith that they are pink; we logically know that they are invisible because we can't see them." (paste be upon the sayer of these words! May their mouths be sealed and may these heretics never know the taste of Your sweet deliciousness! RAmen.)

I'm surprised that there are not more posts in this thread after all, Pastafarianism is the fastest growing religion.

If I'm a fan of basil & pine nut concoctions, would that make me a "Pestofarian"?
