Setting aside the fact that Saddam killed even more people when he was in power, I say it was definitely not worth it.Was it worth the human sacrifice and the maybe 2000 to 5000 billion dollars?

Can you give us numbers and sources Saddam vs war?Setting aside the fact that Saddam killed even more people when he was in power...
Can you give us numbers and sources Saddam vs war?
I don't know how many people Saddam killed, but since those are excess deaths - deaths from any cause over and above the statistical pre-war norm - the statisitic indicates that however many Iraqis Saddam would of killed over that same period of time, an extra million died because of George and Tony's pet nation-building project.
I'm recalling a National Geographic issue from about 10 years back, but I'll see what I can find. Can you give us numbers and sources Saddam vs war?
Have you seen Paul Wolfowitz on Fareed Zakarias GPS yesterday?Nation-building in the sense that taking a sledge-hammer to your house is renovating.
maybe 2000 to 5000 billion dollars?
That intervention thing seems to be a bit of a habit! For the record, the most credible study I've seen to tally the amount of excess deaths attributable to the war is 600,000.
