    But what about his crying about his 'made up' story five times a week, for years.

    The child named the pilots exact name and also the copilots.

    The parents were also typical westerners who did not have bellief in reincarnation. This was the reason why the father researched the whole thing in order to prove the assumption that the child was reincarnated wrong inspite of all the factual and technical details he stated, and emotional grief he consistently displayed over his death in the past life.

    He did mention about the drop tank. About the corsair, he stated thus, ' 'That's a Corsair. They used to get flat tyres all the time. And they always wanted to turn left when they took off.'

    Here's some recommended reading I've posted previously that you will probably ignore.

    "The Historical Jesus," by scholar Dr. Gary Habermas;
    "New Evidence that Demands a Verdict," by former skeptic Josh McDowell;
    "Baker Encyclopedia of Christian Apologetics," by Dr. Norman Geisler;
    "The Case for Christ," by Lee Strobel," and
    "The Case for the Resurrection of Jesus," by Dr. Gary Habermas.

    Early Christians believed in reincarnation. Some Bible verses allude to it.

    I had always wondered about that. Since animals mostly respond by instinct, how can there be any karma accrued?

    Certain sects like the Prajapita Brahmakumaris state that humans and non-human beings reincarnate separately , while some like Iskcon state otherwise.

    The interesting point is that reincarnation only came into Hinduism with the Upanishads, in the 4 Vedas most beliefs of today's Hinduism are not found. Since Scripture has existed in India only since 300 B.C., it cannot be ruled out that the idea of reincarnation was only born through the debates with earlier Buddhism. Later the Upanishads was declared as part of the Vedas.

    The idea of reincarnation is no crazier than much of what is in the Bible, like the concepts of heaven and hell.

    You just hate the Bible because it doesn't approve of immoral gay sex and that those who practice the sin will not enter into heaven but be cast into the Lake of Fire (1 Corinthians 6:9-10; Revelation 21:8)..

    Some may have believed in it but it's not seen as being legitimate in the Bible.

    Hebrews 9:27 - "It is appointed unto men ONCE to die, but after this the judgment."

    I'd like to see what verses you think allude to it? Because I think you've taken them out of context.

    Your take on faith is highly unpleasant and very extreme, you seem to get off on it, which is very sad. It is also very abusive when aimed at children and the vulnerable. You have no verifiable evidence to support your POV, the Bible is NOT evidence.

    One has to pity you, I suppose. I have come across many people of your ilk in my 69 years on this planet, especially during my childhood. Preaching your sort of garbage to a child is highly abusive and should be treated as such, and the culprits prosecuted as they have no verifiable evidence to support it.

    I wonder how you would react if you met St Peter at the pearly gates, assuming heaven exists, and you were barred from entering because your highly unpleasant take on the faith had turned people right off it? THINK ON!

    There won't be any unrepentant Sodomites in heaven, JJ. The Bible is clear on that (Luke 13:3; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10; Revelation 21:8) so I'm not the least bit worried about St. Pete.

    Well maybe you should be, your brand of faith is a turn off for any decent person!

    My life has had its ups and downs like that of most people, but on the whole I have had a good life. I have a wonderful family, my husband and I are quite comfortable financially in our senior years. I would hate to be reincarnated and live a worse life than I have now.

    So you can't produce any verses that allude to reincarnation. And you were a Christian for 20 years?

    The truth of Christ and the Bible is always offensive to the spiritually unsaved.

    Your Sodom and Gomorrah theology is an affront to God and decent people everywhere.
