I do not see where it explains where the name Jehovah FIRST came from.

Let me put it this way. In the time of Noah, the only way that people could survive the flood/destruction was to join Noah. At the end only his family was saved. I believe the same is true for the coming destruction, the only way to survive it would be to be part of the true faith where you will receive God's protection. For me it is the JW...

But Jesus said, "he who would save his soul will lose it". I think a true Christian is someone putting Jesus' words above every other word.

Also. please THINK about it. The ark was only so big. Did the design allow for anyone to "join Noah" and be saved?

I don't know whether the design would have allowed more people.
Well Noah preached about to coming flood...he would not have warned people if he didn't want to help them be saved...

J.W. also take seriously the Biblical admonision to "have no part of this world".
J.W. don't vote, don't serve in the military, divorce themselves from politics in any form.
They also, as a group, are kind, loving, respectful, law abiding, don't believe in taking a live even in self defense.
Tho self defense is a touchy issue and defending ones self might be deemed o.k. under the most extreme
    circumstances.
I have a problem with this as I'm a well trained retired officer with lots of weapons and might well blow
someone away were my loved ones threatened.
    I'm wrestling with this.
A high school friend was a J.W. and a black kid so he took some crap for his race and beliefs.
This was during the slaughter we call the Viet Nam war. Freddie got drafted. Freddie claim consciensiou objector
    status.
This was not well received by the Army. Ultimately he faced severe treatment had he stuck with the C.O. status.
In the end he swore the oath and became a soldier. The Army, not happy with his religion, treated him roughly, then
stuck his black butt in a combat outfit that had been decimated by the V.C.
Freddie killed the hell out of lots of V.C., was 2 X seriously wounded and highly decorated.
I like him greatly for his courage.
When discharged he had to face his J.W. family, and friends and congregation.
He was promptly disfellowshipped for serving in combat and killing enemy soldiers.
He faced being shunned for a full year, attended meetings anyway and was fully reinstated.
To this day Freddie is out knocking on doors spreading the Good News.
Hell of a man in my opinion.
It ain't always easy being a servant of Jehovah.

The Bible does not say what Noah preached about.

I knew about the atrocities in Malawi but nothing about the Mexican scandal.
    Wow.
Still how can anyone blame J.W. for what Ede Amine Da Da (sp?) did. He murdered 10's of thousands of people
    for various reasons.

So what then IS God's name? It ain't "god".

I do not know. Where does the information of The Watchtower, which information isn't in The Bible, come from? I think the information in the video comes from an intensive study of The Word.

It's not about that. The Mexicans were given permission to be "a part of the world" while at the same time those in Malawi were restricted by the governing body. Their judgments are inconsistent. Inconsistency is a factor of The World.

That is what the Bible says. So? What was he preaching about righteousness? You and they say he was preaching about getting on the ark.

So Noah was preaching repentance and for getting on the ark. But it would not have been righteous for too many people to get on it. Would it? If most people repented at the righteous preaching of Noah would Jehovah have stopped the rain? If too many people had listened to Noah, repented and got on it, it would have sunk. And before it sank Noah would have been tempted to say "I hate you".

Like i said i am not a JW. I am not sure on this point whether the JW's say that he preached about getting on the ark.

The bible indicates that he was a preacher of righteousness, i assume that he warned people of the result of not following God's commandments. Then God decided to wipe all man from the face of the earth. But God found Noah to be righteous, he decided to spare him and his family. Likely the rest of mankind was judged to perish at that time. The ark was built for the specific purpose of saving Noah and his family and the animals. So you could be correct that there was just enough space for them. Now if he preached about the coming flood...well i am not sure . Fact is people were warned to follow God's commandments and they did not listen. Same today, people are warned and the bible compares today's end to be the same. Thus we can expect God to pass judgement at some point. Who ever is not found as part of the righteous group will be destroyed. That group according to me is the JW's. That is why the preaching of God's word is part of the requirements of true Christians. So that everyone might make their choice and be saved. Yet again the JW's are the ones constantly busy warning people all over the world about the coming destruction...

The JW's are welcome to correct me if i am wrong.

*i am no expert on every little aspect of the JW faith. I just know enough (for now) to be convinced that they are the true Christian faith...

Now look here it is not my intention to pop the bubble on your religious beliefs. You can believe anything that you want. However, in religion I say there should only be religious truth for there should be no place for deception.

In the first place all the tales writ in the Christians New Testament are fabricated and not true. They simply stole text from the Old Testament to create their storylines. The New Testament statements do stand against the actual word of the Living God. This can be established in accordance with the law of Deuteronomy Chapter 19 verses 15 onwards. This is a two or three witness law that determines matters of the truth regarding crimes of iniquity and sin.

The reason why Jehovah witnesses and orthodox Christianity differs is most simple in a complicated way. You see when the writers of the Christians new Testament got together to write their books of deception they lacked some very particular religious information.

To understand this complex matter you first must realise that the “Christ” and Jesus are not the same thing. The character Jesus was imaginary to make it appear as if the long awaited prophet that the Living God had promised he would raise up had arrived and then was killed. That is the part of the character Jesus. A role that is of course false.

The “Christ” is a name they had heard of by sneaking around trying to listen in on others conversations. They heard of the “Christ” but did not know what it was and so they added the name “Christ” onto their character Jesus. That was yet another mistake.

The secret organisation they had been listening in on were a group of people who used to eat what are called Christ fruits. Those were the original true Christians the ones who ate those fruits. This had nothing to do with any charactor called Jesus.

The Christ was another name for a sacred Key to Heaven and Hell that conceptually grew upon the Tree of knowledge in the Garden of Eden. This fruit grew at the base of the tree not on its boughs. As the "Christ Fruits" grow at the base of tree's then it is obvious why it was being observed to die upon a tree by people passing by with the intent on picking them.

It was an observation regarding this “Christ fruit” that it would die and rot and curiously if you waited around after 3 days it would resurrect itself. Around this a legend grew.

I understand why you cannot fathom what I have just said. That is the point I am making as to why those Christians from the past who stole the name of the “Christ” got themselves misled.

You see the “Christ is a fruit that grew at the base of Trees.

This is why one fabricated cult of Christianity states that Christ died upon a Tree.
Whiles the other faction state that Jesus died upon a cross.

It is far simpler when you understand the Romans were the creators and fabricators of Christianity and it is their testaments that claim Jesus died on a cross. A form capital punishment that was common to them.

However, people with the similar idea got involved in this deception and stated that the “Christ” died upon a Tree. These two factions of Christianity then thrived however, the Romans had the greater power of the presses so to speak.

Of course according to Deuteronomy law. You need two or three witnesses to establish if a thing is true or not. There are no witnesses to the appearance of the Angel Gabriel in the Temple or to any birth of Jesus or to any death. There are no witnesses to any miracles or the many tales said in the Christians New Testament. It is all just fabricated hearsay stories writ to make it be believed that the long awaited Prophet had appeared and then was killed. That tale is of course yet another Christian deception.

So when you separate the “Christ” from the “Jesus” seeing them as two separate things then you can start to grasp why one Christian bible differs from the other. One saying the Christ died on a Tree the other saying Jesus died on the cross.

It is what the Christ was that caused this difference. The word “Christ” was a cover name for a particular fruit that was eaten during certain ceremonies.

The named Jesus of course was a sad deception coming from those Romans trying to get power and taxes from the people and stick it to the Jews all in one breath.

The best way to learn righteousness is to read The Bible along with Jesus. NOT along with imperfect men who keep changing their minds. imho.
Jesus says he is standing at your door knocking. Do you believe it? Why does the Bible say he is standing at YOUR door?
The governing body of Jehovah's Witnesses teach that you can learn about Jesus only by them.
"Many will come in my name saying I am he, DO NOT FOLLOW them." But you say to be with them at the end is the ONLY way God will save you.
Jeremiah was put in a well, but it was a non-Isrealite who saved him. Scripture says that man's soul was saved by Jehovah. Did he join a group to be saved?
