Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
Impeachment witness Alexander Vindman and his twin brother were abruptly fired and escorted from the White House as part of Trump's payback

This is particularly sad when you think about Vindman’s testimony to Congress where he praised America as a country where you could speak the truth without fear of reprisal. Apparently Trump’s America is not the country Vindman though it was.

History will remember Lt. Col.Vindman as a hero.
The truth is Trump was deemed not guilty.

Yes, in a rigged "trial" where witnesses were not allowed. His lack of guilt is just a legal fiction.

If Trump was actually innocent why not allow any witnesses?
As I've said in the past they probably would be, except they are itching like crazy at the gate to get back out on the campaign trail to acquire power for themselves rather being stuck in Washington and losing the elections.

It was the Republicans that did not allow witnesses, you do realize that don't you?

The man was an employee of the United States who, like all other employees around him, served at the pleasure of the President of the United States. Any POTUS has the right to hire and fire at will. And Vindman was by no means a hero; just ask his friend Eric Ciaramella...

You might want to review the House of Reps hearing when they refused to allow witness with exculpating evidence in Trump's favor...just sayin'.
Do you have a valid source for this? I do know that Republicans tried to get bogus witnesses. Those do not count.

Partially correct. Trump has the right to fire his staff.
