Get used to it, folks. Someday we’ll have Star Trek style replicators. 3D printed food basically.

I have never even tasted caviar and have no desire to, let alone buy it.
I've never had sturgeon.
I'm too cheap to buy it.
And I don't run with the crowd who might feed it to me.
But salmon roe is affordable & wonderful.

I don’t have much association with those who enjoy caviar. I do like salmon, wild caught, of course. It’s my favorite fish. But I don’t have any desire for salmon roe. Fish eggs just don’t sound appealing at all.

Ya ain't lived til you've had sushi with salmon roe on top.
At least for those who like strong fishy tastes.

Oh, that’s something else I haven’t tried and have no desire to try; sushi. No thanks. Probably stems from when I was a kid visiting Japan and had raw fish served, staring at me, eyeballs and all.
I definitely don’t like strong fishy tastes.

The term "sushi" actually refers to
the vinegared rice, not raw fish.
I don't eat raw fish, which I find
rather tasteless & nasty in texture.
I like my sushi with veggies, cooked
eel, & salmon roe.
