when prophet Mohammad was old, God determine Imam Ali for rule islamic states.
this verse of Quran came when prophet Mohammd came back from Haj and he gather people together determine his successor in Ghadir Al Khumm.
يَا أَيُّهَا الرَّسُولُ بَلِّغْ مَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ وَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلْ فَمَا بَلَّغْتَ رِسَالَتَهُ وَاللّهُ يَعْصِمُكَ مِنَ النَّاسِ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْكَافِرِينَ
o Messender! Make khown that which hath been revealed unto thee from thy Lord!for if thou do it not, thou will not have conveyed his message! Allah will protect thee you from mankind. Lo! Allah guideth not the disbelieving folk.

It means God has servants, "we" means more than one
For example if the owner of cars manufacturer made a new model of cars, he'll say "we made" regardless that he is the owner
of the company but he has servants doing the job for him.

We shouldn't make guesses in interpreting the quran, those who say "we" is for majesty is meaningless and a guess work.

Yes it is true that when God makes a command it'll be executed, that doesn't mean by means of magic but by logic, time and science

Yes he's the first but God created Adam from clay, so if saying "Be Adam" then Adam will be created without the need for the clay.
If we asked ourselves Did God create Adam from clay or by saying "be Adam" , what our answer will be ?

for example he befor first day created our spirit.and after that he take us to earth
