Hah, true, but Truro doesn't have one. Just a Tesco and a Cooperative. However, the Coop might give away expired food at the end of the day to Starbuck and his dog. They have a different philosophy which includes some contemplation of the ethics behind the food industry. Unfortunately, their produce section is a little bereft.

Try to keep in mind Denmark has a much smaller population than the city of New York. I absolutely agree that it appears Denmark found a fantastic way to support/manage their people, but you may be over simplifying in expecting that we could just adopt their ways and things would work out fine.

I'm not oversimplifying. Sure, there's going to be more to it when you're talking about 300 million people rather than 6 million, but the principles would be the same, just the details would be different.
