I assume you have read The Secret???
I have not, but I have been onvolved in the "process" since 1982. I believe that our beliefs. our deepest intentions - our mindset - draws "stuff" into our experience. The "Catch-22" to the "Law" is that it is like a two-sided coin ... the quality of what we draw to us is dependent upon our focus, we can and do draw forth according to our will or, if we are truly Christ/God centered, what comes is of His Will. The stuff I have drawn into my life by my will is seldom truly fulfilling, the stuff that somes by way of Spirit-connectedness is always for the highest good of all. That a summary of my take on things.
I believe in spiritual evolution and The Secret SEEMS to be to be elementary; its a good place to start but there is more to it than the book expresses. That's the beauty of New Thought - there are always new thoughts to think.
      What do you think?

This is can be a first entry into Sufism:

Sufism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I'd really recommend Sufi poets like Rumi and Ibn Arabi, for westerners.
