No.
A Noachide is a non-Jew who accepts Judaism as true and accepts the 7 Noachide Commandments. These are G-d's rules for the non-Jew.
Why did you choose to be Noachide rather than Jewish? (Genuinely interested).
Being a Noachide is simpler and more practical right now. I live in the middle of nowhere and there are no synagogues in either of my local towns, so I'd have no way of going there when needed. Also, jumping headfirst into such a binding religion is not a great idea. I only left Christianity in December, my head is still clearing. Lastly, I do things wholesale - so becoming Jewish wouldn't mean Reform or Conservative; it would mean full Orthodox.
