5 key questions we still don't know about Biden documents

"1. Why didn't the White House publicly disclose the documents immediately?

The White House waited until CBS News first reported the discovery on Jan. 9 to confirm that a batch was found Nov. 2 – days before the midterm elections – at the president's former office at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C.

2. Have all the documents been discovered?

It's unclear whether all the Biden documents are now found or whether more could turn up.

3. Exactly how many Biden documents have been found?

The White House counsel office has described a "small number" of classified documents found at the Penn Biden Center, which Biden used after the Obama administration ended, and Biden's home, but officials have not provided a precise tally.

4. What's in the documents?

The White House has not provided any details on the contents of the classified materials or what subjects or nations they involve.

5. How did the documents get to Biden's home and office?

The White House has not said how classified documents that should have been turned over to the National Archives ended up in Biden's personal office and home.

I can only answer question #1.

There was no legal obligation to reveal any of this information to the public, the DOJ has a policy of not releasing information to the public, and it would not be in the interest of national security to release information to the public.

Or maybe, just maybe, it was held back because of midterms.

Edit.... The repubs already had a black eye because of Trump. Why give yourself the same black eye because of Biden? Especially before midterms

Okay I’m thinking the US needs to come up with a better filing system for their super secret documents at this point.

Like what is going on over there, guys?

Of course it was. But the fact still remains they had no legal or ethical obligation to release it. The proper thing for them to do after informing the proper authorities would be to conduct a complete and thorough search all other places documents could be. They did that, but apparently not very well. But telling the public would also be informing adversarial national that there are unsecured classified documents for the finding. That would be (and was) irresponsible.

The question you have to ask yourself is what is more important to you, partisan politics or national security?

Do we know these answers to Trump's documents?

And the big difference is that Biden is assisting, Trump is resisting.

I think the biggest question is who told the lawyers to go look for the documents in his Penn State office and eventualy his home.
Another question is why did the DOJ let lawyers without any security clearance handle classified documents.
Hopefuilly the public will eventually find out the answer to all of the questions related to this debacle.....however I don't think we will unless Congress gets involved.

Okay I’m thinking the US needs to come up with a better filing system for their super secret documents at this point.

Part of the problem is that many things that are classified may only be appropriately classified for a short period of time. For example, laws made by Congress, that impact specific industries; fossil fuels versus green energy, can provide insider information for stock trading. This information is made classified until the law goes public. After the public announcement of the law, the information is not technically sensitive and needs to be de-classified. However, it may retain its classification for years to protect members of Congress who benefited by insider trading. If it was change right away; expiration date is over, it would allow one to infer who cheated in the stock market. Leader use Classified to protect their own scams.

In the case of Trump and the raid on his home, the Swamp feared that Trump had classified documents; insider investigations , that incriminated members of the Swamp, who ran the collusion coup. Why would anyone classify the names of insider criminal conspirators? There are too many people, who can put classified stamps on documents. Often this is done to protect the guilty. This is a problem.

One of the worse cases of this problem, was before the Russian Collusion coup was fully in affect; early 2001, the House Investigative Committee run by Democrats, had all the leaders of the FBI and CIA under oath, and asked if there was any hard evidence of the Russian-Trump collusion. Since they were all under oath and could not lie, the answer was no. This should have ended this. These meetings were then made classified, allowing the con artists conspirators to lie to the public on TV, nonstop, since the truth was buried under the guise of classified. Schiff claimed to have smoking gun evidence. He knew this did not exist, since he was in this meetings, but there is no law against lying politicians. If boneheads want to hear lies they will accommodate and get paid by CNN.

This is the type of intel Trump that may have had, which could be contained by the Swamp by spinning it backwards; classified meetings might be shared with the enemy and impact national security. Trump would have seen the transcripts of the meeting, since he had full access, but to make it public was a gray area, due to classification and swamp spin. It must has been hard to know you were being railroaded by the injustice system.

Biden is different in that he had documents for 5-6 years; from his Vice Presidency, before he said anything about it. He could have told us, 5 years ago, but he kept it secret. Trump's documents were not gone very long, before he was raided, with the Swamp hoping to get the dirt on themselves, contained. Nothing happened to Trump, in the end, since he was able to hide his defense against the insider criminals who were one step behind; Trump had a Trump card.

The Biden Family business as been influence peddling for decades. They learned from the Clintons. Biden did not take documents for self defense, against swamp criminal conspiracy, but did so for self enrichment. Biden may have taken timely classified data, that could be sold to the highest bidder. It is very possible that the expiration date of usefulness, had already passed, by 2022, and that Biden forgot about the spoiled fish in his garage. It was no longer something anyone wanted to buy. It should have been declassified way before 2020, but it was still incriminating,, based on its original or fresh time stamp.

The Think Tank at Penn State, that got Tens of Millions of $$$ in donations from China, tells the whole story of a back door influence peddling operation. This was Biden version of the Clinton Foundation but without direct solicitation of donations; IRS loophole.

The Left is starting to feel the need to cut Biden loose, since he is vulnerable in 2024. It will take the Republican run investigative committees time to sort this out, as the Swamp foot drags. But even Schiff, who is the king of the Democrats liars, knows there is too much to hide to turn fully this around for the Bidens, because of the laptop documentation. Based on Schiff stating his opinion, he indirectly thinks the Dems need to start with a fresh candidate, and let Biden flounder.

My guess is Biden was one of the people who instigated the Russian Collusion Coup, along with Hillary Clinton. They both ran influence peddling scams that Trump was threatening to expose; lock her up. The truth is out there, but buried in classified archives.

Which violates even the most basic Judeo-Christian and American constitutional teachings, but that certainly didn't and doesn't bother the MAGA base one iota. It's utterly "amazing" how so many will invent or parrot nonsensical and irreverent slanders while somehow thinking they're doing that which is moral.

Does invite one to wonder just how many previous office holders, from presidents down to members of Congress, not just any classified documents but even personal notes. Maybe what's down on the 'peanut farm'.

Because Democrats like to give the appearance of being on the straight and narrow, but will always evade and deflect whenever their corruption is revealed and called out.

Trump had movers pack his stuff. Normal
Biden had lawyers pack his stuff. Why

Repubs make excuses for Trump.
Dems make excuses for Biden.

Trump had documents he shouldn't have had.
Biden had documents he shouldn't have had.

Everyone needs to stop overlooking things, making excuses, playing things down, and get to the why's.

Now more than likely many others have done the same. Difference is Trump and Biden have been caught.

But how they reacted to turning them over, their reactions have been 100% the opposite. Also, the question of "intent" is big-time, especially when it comes to the issue of criminality.

However, I don't cut either one any slack on this since there's no excuse for them to be as careless as they've been.

If a person robs a bank then gives the money back I assume you would excuse this person from breaking the law.
It makes no damn difference if Biden was or was not cooperating or not, he still broke the law.

Bad analogy. He was in a situation that many that work with such documents find themselves. They often have to do work away from the office. If one is handling hundreds of such documents over the years accidents will happen.

Lets see if you understand how analogies work. Maybe not since you used such a poor one. There is a huge difference between taking a right turn and accidentally clipping someone just a little with your car (that is "illegal") and purposefully driving through a crowded pedestrian crosswalk at 55 mph. Biden lost trace of a few documents. He never intended to keep them. When he found them he reported them to the appropriate government agencies. He was not caught.

Trump on the other hand purposefully took thousands of documents with him when he left the Whitehouse. They demanded that he returned them and with much grumbling he returned 14 boxes of documents. And he still had lied. He purposefully kept over 300 classified documents. That was why there was a raid on his place. They had inside information about the documents. One of Trump's workers new he was keeping them and informed the FBI. Trump was caught driving through a crowded crosswalk and drove away. Biden clipped someone by mistake and turned himself in.

Do you not see a world of difference?

Nope rob a bank and give the money back still bank robbery
Nope mishandle classified documents still a crime.
But we know you will forgive anything that Biden does.
