Federal Appeals Court Upholds Blocking Vaccine and Testing Mandate

We Never Know

And who caught them? Yes, sometimes businesses cheat. It tends to be caught by other scientists. You are sounding a bit like creationists when a fraud against evolution is caught by other scientists. Just as creationists never seem to find any scientific flaws themselves, conspiracy theorists never seem to find any flaws in the system.
Good grief. This has nothing to do with creationist. Get your head out of the gutter.
The virus or vaccine has nothing to do with god or creationist.

Evidently you didn't read the link because you didn't have time between your reply. So read it and tell me who caught them.

I gave the link to the thread. Here is the link to the article.

Covid-19: Researcher blows the whistle on data integrity issues in Pfizer’s vaccine trial

That's the thing. Everyone has their studies and they differ. Who do we believe?
I believe the independent physicians and surgeons.

They don't have their credentials held hostage at the mercy of political healthcare organizations that controls what they can and cannot say.

I agree with the Israeli study that there is no superior vaccine to natural immunity.

It's a load of BS that vaccines provide better immunity and that assessment is backed by fully credentialed and educated professionals such as those in Israel as evidenced by your link.

It says that a researcher was the one that blew the whistle. That doesn't sound like a conspiracy theorist to me. In fact the article is an example of why fraud is rather rare in any sort of genuine research. People of integrity are too ready and eager to report it.

This is a basic science and information thing. It's not everyone has their studies. Who's studies are being replicated? Are there any special interests funding the research? Are their methodological errors with it?
In this regard the overwhelming consensus is prior infection or not the vaccine is the beat way to go.

These different study results are a serious problem and is one reason why the general population is encouraged to make individual decisions about vaccination. I tend to follow studies made state side as long as they are uniform, but are they?
In larger trends no studies are uniform. This is why we replicate tests and adjust variables, amd ultimately build perpetually upon non-uniform research as we learn knew things and fine-tune our knowledge of nature.
It's only a problem whem you don't know science is supposed to be that way. It functions and thrives based on being shown wrong. But the vast majority of research, from a broad source of researches across the globe and institutions, all consistently show a larger trend of the vaccines working pretty damn well and being far safer than the covid virus itself.

Some people are naturally immune/naturally beat covid with their own immune system.
Should they be forced to take the vaccine?
And that immunity wanes over time. And to build natural immunity you would need to actually suffer through various strains of the virus to begin with. Some of which are pretty horrific.
Do you think it’s better to face the full force of Scarlett Fevor or Whooping Cough than getting a mild variant by way of vaccination? Because that’s literally what vaccination does. All vaccines. It teaches your immune system in a healthy way, how to recognise and defeat certain illnesses. So if you are vaccinated against say chicken pox and you get chicken pox, all that will happen is you will experience a very mild version of it. Because your immune system has already been trained to detect and defeat it. That’s usually seen as preferable than actually experiencing the disease full blast.

And as to the fast rate of the current vaccines. Did everyone just forget that we have like 2 centuries worth of vaccination research to fall back on? Like we are not starting from scratch here guys. Seriously. Wtf????

This ruling by the Fifth Circuit was no surprise. Coming up this week (Tuesday as I recall) there will be a literal lottery to determine which of the sundry Circuit Court cases will become the consolidated one for consideration. At that point all the other Circuit appeals case will be put on hold except the one selected by the lottery. Should the Fifth Circuit case be the chosen case it’s stay may extend nationwide while its case moves forward. Only after whichever Circuit Court’s case is complete will it move on to a likely Supreme Court hearing.

Thank you for sharing an important description of how scientific studies should be understood. I've had three vaccinations (three Pfizer) vaccinations.

It is getting close to the time where I should get a booster. I had two shots of Moderna and Covid19 itself about a half a year before that.
