oh yes you are right it depends on the age, as khomainy says that if she's younger than 9 you can't discourse her but you still can enjoy her by hugging and putting her on your sexual part without discoursing !!

Is it up to me to agree after nikah>?

I would hope they both stay true to the contract.

But if they break it and don't listion to advice, what can I do?

What would you do? Kill her?

Are you a parent? Do you have any clue about parenting? You can't control a young adult. BUT you can teach and hope she/he will listion and remember your guidance.

Who are (Ahl albayet) and how you determine whom exactly were they ?

No it isn't a bash against Islam. Islam is indeed the knife that is held against their throat in that part of the world but its not the knife's fault. It is the misuse of the knife or in this case Islam. Perhaps that makes you feel better. But it is blatently obvious what my criteria is. If you disagree then I shall disagree with you. Freedom is a good thing. Women deserve just as much of it as men do.
