Ive been reading alot of "and the kingdom of heaven will never crumble"'s and that sort of thing, and the only thing I can think is "Is that a chalenge?"

The thing that I like about May, and the JW's in general, is that they expect the Savior to come a lot sooner than most people expect him to come. It is better to be safe than sorry. I would rather expect it sooner than later, so when it happens I am not caught off guard. In this respect I have a lot in common with the JW's. I keep trying to discern the times in order to make a guestimation as to when this thing will all wrap up, and we can again obtain peace on earth. The JW's know their end time scriptures and how they relate to things that are happening today. They will definitely be ready when Jesus comes and it will definitely be no surprise to them. I commend the JW's for their diligence in watching and praying, and estimating the time of the Savior's return. There is nothing wrong with this. Jesus wants us to discern the times and expect his coming. Jesus wants us to know that he is coming soon.

I believe this is a prophecy about the United States. Sure there are al lot of corrupt people who live here, and are serving in our government, and other various organizations, but the basic form of government was set up by God, and inspired by God, as the original founders of this country have stated. It is a kingdom set up by God, and it shall never be left to other people. We will defend it to the death if necessary. The United States is a force to be reckoned with, and nothing from within, or without, will ever cause it to fall into another nations hands. We don't realize how good we have it here. We are protected from other terrorist nations, now that we have beefed up security, and we have very little to fear, unlike other nations of the world. Count your blessings, thank God for this free and secure land that we live in, where we can worship as we choose, and are not harassed, or thrown in jail, or murdered, because of the way we choose to believe or not to believe.
This country, or kingdom, will never fall into an evil dictators hands. Even if people like us are in the minority.

I agree wtih all of this, all I am saying is that for here and now, Christ rules from the heavens, through people that he has chosen. As much as we want to move into the next phase of our existence, when Christ will personally rule and reign on earth, we must still recognize that Christ is interested in the here and now. Christ rules through men on earth, in all nations. There are good, and righteous rulers, throughout the world. Christ has set up righteous kingdoms on earth, throughout the world. We are living in a good time. Things will only get better from here.may said:
I know what you are saying, May. All kingdoms will become the kingdoms of our Lord, but don't you think that is already happening now ??? I see it happening right now. Christ can rule, from heaven, through existing earthly governments. Sure things will be much better when he personally reigns on earth, but what about until then. We can take dominion of the earth, and fight evil ourselves, and Christ wants us to do that, before he comes. He wants us to fight evil. We can't just leave it all up to him, to fix things. He is relying on us to do our part. We have to help him. Righteous governments have been set up on earth, to keep things under control. Our government is very righteous compared to, lets say, a fascist government. Think about it.
I understand that Christ is going to take over all governments, but for the here and now, this is the best we have. Christ has helped set up democratic nations. It's what works for now. Satan sets up fascist governments, and Christ sets up democratic governments. Can you not see this ???
Everyone must have a voice in who rules this nation. We are a diverse nation with many ethnic and religious groups. We must all have a say in who rules over us, for now. It is the American way, and Christ's way, and we would have a revolt, if it was set up any other way. We have to remember those that do not believe as we believe, and treat them equal, as brothers and sisters of the human race, with much worth. Christ would do the same. Martin Luther King's wife died today and we must remember what he has contributed to our society. He was a very religious individual, and spoke by the power of God. That was Christ working through him, to bring peace to this nation, by giving all men equal rights. We must treat each other equal. We must fellowship those around us regardless of ethnic, or religious background. We all have tremendous worth. We can live peacefully with each other, but only through a democratic government, for now, because there are many that do not believe in Christ, that is why he cannot reign personally on the earth at this time.
Thank goodness we don't have hardly any terrorism in this country, now. Security is so tight, now, and I feel very safe from any harm. Christ has made this a secure nation. More secure than any other nation. We should all feel very privileged, just to iive here, regardless of how we believe. It is a tremendous privilege to live here. We have to make the best of it till Christ comes and takes us off this planet. This is a period of grace for us all, till we get our acts together and really start becoming like Christ. We are not ready for him to rule and reign yet. A lot of us are not ready to be with him and have him rule over us. We are sinners saved by grace, but we need to be more righteous before he can rule and reign over us.

We are living in a period of grace, just prior to Christ's reign on the earth. We must all make a decision as to how, and what, we believe. People are making their decisions right now. Christ gives us the power to decide for ourselves who, and what, to believe. Christ is extremely tolerant of us, Satan is not. Satan hates us, and want to kill us. Christ is the total opposite. He loves us, and has died for us. He took the punishment for our sins, so that we could live with him, when he rules on earth. God does not hate us, Satan does. Don't listen to Satan's lies. Just as Christ works through people on earth, so does Satan. Satan works through people on earth. From Rock groups, to world leaders, to the guy next door. Christ can do the same. Christ can do his work through any individual he chooses, Satan cannot. He is only given power according to men's desires on earth.
Satan has worked through Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden, and other like individuals. Some are harder to spot than others, but these are the most obvious ones. Christ has also worked through world leaders to combat, or fight against, such individuals, as these, that are posessed by Satan. It's easy to spot who is on which side. The anti-Christ will also be easy to spot, once he makes his appearannce. Many will have already made their decisions to follow this world leader, once he makes his appearance. It will be an easy sell for him. The anti-Christ will make it hell for those that resist him and his government. I feel bad for those that are "left behind" to combat this evil government, and dictator. We wil experience relative peace, as long as there exists people that follow Christ on earth. When these people are gone it won't be the same. Satan and the anti-Christ will begin to have more and more power over men on earth. He will be allowed to rule for seven years. The first half of his rule, 3 1/2 years will not be as bad as the second half. During the second half he will be allowed to reign with unbridled force. This is the way I see it. The anti-Christ will be allowed to rule with full force for second half of his reign, which is 3 1/2 years. I expect to be gone just before that time, or at the beginning of this final 3 1/2 years. We may be here during the first part of his european reign, for 3 1/2 years, when he may rule over european nations, but I expect the anti-Christ to not be satisfied, and he will want to rule the world, including the Unted States. All manmade goverments are in the power of the wicked one satan the devil , as the bible tells us at 1 john 5;19FFH said:

And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come. matthew 24;14
(Mark 13:10) Also, in all the nations the good news has to be preached first............ when Jesus was on the earth , the devil tempted him to have great power by offering him all the kingdoms of the world, the reason that the devil could do this was because the whole world is in the devils power , and Jesus refused that tempting because he knew that his kingdom was no part of the world , it was not time for him to take up kingship, the nations have an appointed time to rule , this apointed time ended in 1914 , Jesus is now king and he is directing the preaching work to have the GOOD NEWS made known ,that is the first and foremost work that Jesus wants done in this time of the end , and it will and is being made known regardless of weather people listen and respond to it or not . so no the bible does not say Jesus is working through manmade goverments , but it does say they will come to their end . and if Jehovah wants to , he can put it into the hearts of rulers to get things done to fullfill prophecy .for example , Jehovah tells us that he will destroy all false religion, false religion in the bible is spoken of as a harlot ,she is known as BABYLON THE GREAT and she is going to go down in a big way ,and revelation 17;17 tells us
For God put [it] into their hearts to carry out his thought............ yes he can use rulers to acomplish his will even if they dont realize it , but in the end they will go down as well if they do not recognize the heavenly kingdom goverment that was set up in the heavens in 1914.
(Proverbs 21:1) A kings heart is as streams of water in the hand of Jehovah. Everywhere that he delights to, he turns it............ if he wants to that is ...... as for us not being ready for Jesus rulership , some of us have already welcomed Jesus as king
After these things I saw, and, look! a great crowd, which no man was able to number, out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes; and there were palm branches in their hands. And they keep on crying with a loud voice, saying: "Salvation [we owe] to our God, who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb. revelation 7;9 my palm branch is in my hand recognizing that Jesus is the King of the heavenly kingdom and there is noone else that is the rightful king. Jesus does not need to come back in the flesh , and he wont , he is in the heavens as a king forever.

In Bush's State of the Union Address, yesterday, he stated that in 1945 there were 2 Democracies in the world. Today, there are currently 122 Democracies. 1/2 the world now lives under a Democracy. The kingdoms of this world, are becoming the kingdoms of our Lord. Soon the whole world will live under the rule and reign of Jesus Christ himself. Jesus Christ will personally rule and reign. The wicked will be removed from the earth and Satan, along with all of his demons, will be bound for a thousand years.

FFH : Democracy is rule of the human individual. Please explain how this makes this world the "Kingdom of our Lord". I cannot understand this statement?
