    I recall one of them is called a Pandaka. The others are male, female, and forget the other. Pandaka is probably transgender or hemamprodite, and he wouldn't let them join the monks or nuns for practical reasons- but can be layman.

    For those of us who are well aware of the developments in the UK your post wasn't that profound. However, I doubt many are aware that the "surveillance state" has been a central goal in the UK for a very long time. It's hardly new, hence Rival's (and others) "Meh!" attitude towards it.

    So, I thought your point was more important than many might think. :)
