It's helpful to see either a "temp banned" or a "banned" banner on the user's avatar so we can know how permanent the ban is.
It's encouraging to see that someone you'd like to come back will get another chance when their ban is up - or that a really disruptive troll won't ever be back (under that username at least).

I'm having serious lag with a server timeout about 50% of the time.

I have a feeling this will never be resolved.
After about 30 minutes of receiving a 524 error, I reached out to the owners. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon.
After a few database errors, instant site cannot be found and the usual lag it now seems the hamster has been fed.
Edit: maybe its still eating, this post too about 15 seconds. Great improvement but still...

Are we fixed? Site was unavailable due to someone under the hood with a spanner. Now seems hunky doodly...
For the time being. The owner did some troubleshooting himself and has a support ticket in with the hosting provider, so hopefully we can put the lag and outage issues behind us.
You may wish to refresh your browser or check your internet connection. I haven't experienced any lag for the last hour or so.
