You've already demonstrated that you have no genuine interest in the thread topic.I understand. But it would be nice if you said your thoughts about it too.

…they have the tail of straw (Italian expression).
Her standards of not listening then judging on the basis of what she hasn't heard can be accurately described as burying her head in the sand.@Estro Felino is not ‘burying her head in the sand’! She simply has standards that she’s sticking to.
(I applaud her for it.)
What are your standards? Anything goes, eh?
What does the Bible have to do with the U.S. government, or citizens who aren't Christian? You’ve made a good point!
I mean, doesn’t everyone know Satan is the Archenemy of the God of the Bible?
I was supporting @Estro Felino ’s response, for which she was attacked. What does the Bible have to do with the U.S. government, or citizens who aren't Christian?

If you're not interested in the video, fine, but don't pollute the thread with kneejerk drivel.
As a Christian, I will not watch the video.
In my country there is no recognition or legal protection about such kind of religions, since they have never clarified what their purposes are, and whether their purposes are either directly or indirectly not conductive of the common good.
That is, by constitution a religion must demonstrate it founds itself upon good customs, which means their pillars must be ethical and aimed at not harming anyone.
Religious freedom doesn't allow one to break other laws on religious grounds.Freedom of religion is not limitless in the United States.
If there is a religion (I am not speaking of this one of the video, at all) whose purpose is to target certain citizens and to harm them, that religion cannot be tolerated.
And I am speaking of American jurisprudence.
As you can see, the third paragraph says that in order to be recognized as religions, they need to sign an agreement with the Italian State.But...but the...but how did...but what about...
Meh.
Let's try this another way...
Is this a fair translation of Article 8 of the Italian Constitution?
Article 8 [Religion]
(1) All religious denominations shall be equally free before the law.
(2) Religious denominations other than Catholic shall have the right to organize themselves according to their own by-laws provided that they are not in conflict with the Italian legal system.
(3) Their relations with the State shall be regulated by law on the basis of agreements with their respective representatives.

Not "evil" enough for you? Not creating mayhem or destroying enough? The quality of so-called “Satanists” these days is disappointing. I just see weakness and attention seeking.
Thank you so much. It is very informative and useful. For our dear friend, @Estro Felino and anyone else that may be interested:
The Nine Satanic Statements

The Eleven Satanic Rules of the Earth
- Satan represents indulgence instead of abstinence!
- Satan represents vital existence instead of spiritual pipe dreams!
- Satan represents undefiled wisdom instead of hypocritical self-deceit!
- Satan represents kindness to those who deserve it instead of love wasted on ingrates!
- Satan represents vengeance instead of turning the other cheek!
- Satan represents responsibility to the responsible instead of concern for psychic vampires!
- Satan represents man as just another animal, sometimes better, more often worse than those that walk on all-fours, who, because of his “divine spiritual and intellectual development,” has become the most vicious animal of all!
- Satan represents all of the so-called sins, as they all lead to physical, mental, or emotional gratification!
- Satan has been the best friend the Church has ever had, as He has kept it in business all these years!

- Do not give opinions or advice unless you are asked.
- Do not tell your troubles to others unless you are sure they want to hear them.
- When in another’s lair, show him respect or else do not go there.
- If a guest in your lair annoys you, treat him cruelly and without mercy.
- Do not make sexual advances unless you are given the mating signal.
- Do not take that which does not belong to you unless it is a burden to the other person and he cries out to be relieved.
- Acknowledge the power of magic if you have employed it successfully to obtain your desires. If you deny the power of magic after having called upon it with success, you will lose all you have obtained.
- Do not complain about anything to which you need not subject yourself.
- Do not harm little children.
- Do not kill non-human animals unless you are attacked or for your food.
- When walking in open territory, bother no one. If someone bothers you, ask him to stop. If he does not stop, destroy him.
SEVEN FUNDAMENTAL TENETS of the Temple of Satan
I
One should strive to act with compassion and empathy toward all creatures in accordance with reason.
II
The struggle for justice is an ongoing and necessary pursuit that should prevail over laws and institutions.
III
One’s body is inviolable, subject to one’s own will alone.
IV
The freedoms of others should be respected, including the freedom to offend. To willfully and unjustly encroach upon the freedoms of another is to forgo one's own.
V
Beliefs should conform to one's best scientific understanding of the world. One should take care never to distort scientific facts to fit one's beliefs.
VI
People are fallible. If one makes a mistake, one should do one's best to rectify it and resolve any harm that might have been caused.
VII
Every tenet is a guiding principle designed to inspire nobility in action and thought. The spirit of compassion, wisdom, and justice should always prevail over the written or spoken word
Thank you so much. It is very informative and useful.
And reassuring.
The problem is that there is so much ignorance on the subject ( me included). So if there were more correct information, people would have a clear idea of what we are dealing with. You're welcome. And remember the Church of Satan and The Satanic Temple are separate organizations. There may be other groups but those are the largest and loudest.
Given your political allegiances, I'm not so sure that you're in a position to gatekeep the LHP.The quality of so-called “Satanists” these days is disappointing. I just see weakness and attention seeking.
Do you expect them to respect Christianity and your views ?Mine is not hostility. It is a stance based on juridical principles.
Championing liberty, rights, equality, and justice just isn't edgy or spooky enough. Not "evil" enough for you? Not creating mayhem or destroying enough?
