I have never heard anyone complain about photos of drug busts or illegal gun seizes as being "overly dramatic".

Are you seriously telling me you think these are fake because you don’t like the colour? That is ridiculous.

Think about it. There are a lot of people who know what these documents should look like. I wouldn’t know, and I doubt you would either. But there are hundreds of Congress people, FBI, CIA, etc who know what these things look like. No one has come out and said, “hey, the TS/SCI documents I looked at didn’t have a border like that”.

But the most conclusive evidence is that Trump himself identified these documents in one of his “truths”. He complained about them being spread out on the carpet. He said he had them neatly put away in a container. But like a mugger who walks into a police station and identifies the woman he mugged he incriminated himself. He confirmed that these were the documents he had in his possession! Yes, the ones with the red and yellow borders!


And all you got is a ridiculous “argument from incredulity”. As I said it reeks of desperation. Come on man, you have a problem with the colour? Really?

Congress recognized the need for former Presidents to keep custody of various and sundry sensitive and classified materials. Which is why they passed the Presidential Records Act. The same reasons for that need applies to all former Presidents, including President Trump. If you can’t understand their reasoning for why an ex-President would keep these kind of documents, take it up with them to explain it to you.

I do believe that those letters are there to protect workers that do not have that clearance. You see some of us are adult enough to not read what we are not supposed to read. The letters are bright and huge so that workers do not read them "by accident". There will be people working around, and perhaps even delivering those papers. When one gets a security clearance one may deliver certain papers without the clearance to read them.

Perhaps there was some material that might incriminate him in some particular prosecution (contradicting whatever he has said or claimed, for example), and as to why he either wanted them in his possession or simply 'vanished'.
