Like, I try to do that good thing and do what people see as good, and then America got so bad a year later a haphazard attempt of an insurrection to overthrow the election happened. So, if I get an actual angel and demon on my shoulder's instead of Beavis and Butthead chanting "breakin' the law" you may want to evacuate Earth.
Of course this is all untested, but looking at the results do you want to take the risk?

Not sure if it will happen in 2022, but I suspect it won't be a whole lot later. The United States, or many of its individual states, will so debase the democracy that is seen as the model by the world, that right wing, authoritarian governments will begin to crowd out the other democracies. If that happens, then China (not Russia) will become the new "most powerful nation on earth."

And when that happens, rightwing, hardline (even fascistic), governments will be elected throughout Europe (outside of Canada, at that point, the last bastion of freedom). The great American experiment will have failed -- as some of the founders predicted it could.

I predict this because the only way to prevent it is for a very great number of Americans to actually look -- LOOK, with eyes wide open -- at what their supposed leaders (who don't lead, but act at the behest of the money that supports them) and finally say, "NO! This is not who we are, not what we wanted, not how we hoped to be a beacon to the world."

But alas, I think too many of them are too stupid -- and thus I think my prediction likely to come true. Maybe not in 2022, but not very long after.
