Light from within.

Spirit of Light

Be who ever you want
In some religions it is spoken about the light from within.

But does any religion or spiritual scripture speak of that the light from within can be felt?

Someone today stopped Me on the street and Said.
I see the light within you, then just walked away

I have no idea what that person saw in me

Some people see auras, or maybe it was just the English version of 'Namaste'. The goal is to see the light within everyone. Eyes are the gateway to inner worlds.

You didn't, by chance, accidentally swallow a Christmas light without knowing it, did you?

In some cases it's possible to feel someones energy, or light from within. This is what i mean in the OP

Well I don't know if my religion or scripture discusses any sort of light, but I do know I have a bubble, and there are those that with which I am comfortable being in that bubble and those with which I'm extremely uncomfortable to the point of my skin crawling when they're in that bubble.

So you do feel their energy :) some have pleasant energy, some has not

@Vinayaka mentioned auras, which was my first thought. There are various traditions that acknowledge energy work and auras in varying capacities. I would note that in the literature, the means by which folks "feel" auras is said to vary - for some it is more tactile, others more visual and so on.

Seeing light within your head is part of my sampradaya's teaching. As to bubbles, there is a bubble around all the Agamic Hindu temples. and well trained priests set the clear boundary for it. So there's an 'inside' and an 'outside' just like in the mathematical geometry closed curve. The auric bubble extends out around the physical body about 5 feet, and can be strengthened. Yogis and anyone privy to the technique will strengthen it before entering a room of strangers. Many houses have protective bubbles around them. Keeps out all kinds of stuff.

There are a few people who have that natural ability, yes. Some won't speak of it, as they're not interested in hearing from the skeptics.

True. I think the only person who doesn't have "something" is my younger sister, from so far we can tell. But he's married and has children hundreds of miles from us, so don't know if he just lets it be.

Christianity... Light towards us that lights our candle than then shines from us. It manifests, imo, with joy unspeakable and many times can be felt by people who pass by you.

You are the light, Conscious Thoughts. ;)

I hope and pray I am a light too,

As for the topic, I can't really remember the concept of light in major religion in-depth, but I feel there is a concept of "light" in all religious and spirituality. Allah is An-Nur, and as much as I can remember, The Holy Qur'an does say something about Allah instilling "soul" into Adam. This "soul" could very well be a "light" from His Light, and we all most likely share this "light." Bible have similar concept, Holy Ghost whispering it's "spirit" and God being the source of them all or something like that. I can't remember

But I feel like the concept of "light" is most likely true.
