Louisiana has 1,865 cases of SARS-CoV-2 (the disease Covid-19 starts). NY has 30,811....Cuomo has not mentioned a toilet yet

Grocery stores in the US are probably I guess extremely solvent at this time. I have never seen the shelves so empty. They should be in a good position to maneuver, to invest and to negotiate prices.
