Breaking news Iran strikes

But the Kurds were Muslim, & I think that matters to our
largely Christian dominated government. The Jews are
sacred, & we played a role in their country existing.
Also, the Kurds have no powerful political lobby here.
If still stands, betraying Kurdish allies, withdrawing from the Iran agreement, it reflects Trump's business history and only a fool would trust him.

Too great off a risk to take. If should be assumed, in all dealings, Trump is an oath breaker. Because he is.
One should avoid seeing things as all one thing or the other.
It's clear that Israel can trust Trump more than Kurds can.
Even if one ignores his professed preferences, political
reality would rule, ie, no here cares about Kurds, but
Israelis are dear to his base.

All news outlets are reporting and its been confirmed by the WH.
FYI in military parlance an "airstrike" is conducted by airplanes not cruise missiles or ballistic missiles. I just get tired of people who use terms, and these "people" are anyone, that use words in the incorrect vernacular and don't know what they mean.

Ah, our uninformed member should realize that Presidents do not declare war, only the US Congress can do that.
Except said member made no claim of Trump declaring war, said member said the war that was started.

Hopefully you can tell the difference.

Just when did the US Congress declare war?
Now if said person had said that the President wants Congress to declare war, then I would not have said anything cupcake.

You should read more for comprehension and less for retaliation.
NO ONE said "declare" war.
What was said was "Start war".

It is looking as though you do not know the difference.

Out of all "military conflicts" in US history, how many of them included a formal declaration of war? The terms change, but its still war.

Yea, it is written in the Book of Cyril...

Oh, the guy who blatantly misquotes and misconstrues people is getting huffy about semantics? Say it ain't so.

Some people do rejoice at the prospect of war.
In the news....
'We're going to war, bro': Fort Bragg's 82nd Airborne deploys to the Middle East
Excerpted....
The 600 mostly young soldiers at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, were headed for the Middle East, part of a group of some 3,500 U.S. paratroopers ordered to the region. Kuwait is the first stop for many. Their final destinations are classified.

“We’re going to war, bro,” one cheered, holding two thumbs up and sporting a grin under close-shorn red hair. He stood among dozens of soldiers loading trucks outside a cinder-block building housing several auditoriums with long benches and tables.

it reflects Trump's business history
This is one of the most annoying things about Trump supporters.

They claim that Trump had no relevant history before his candidacy. But he did.

Self indulgence and deceit and using phalanxes of carefully chosen subordinate yesmen to get his way is a decades long, well documented, history. And he's still doing it.
Except now he's got control of the biggest military machine on the planet and his finger on The Bomb.

Some Trump supporters remind me all to much of women who think that if they marry their bad boy they can change him!
