What if Trump pardons him?
And buys the rights to his book for twice what any publisher would pay?
Total win for Trumpish ethics. Laws don't matter in USA, but money does.

You know, I saw a documentary about this guy a while back on Netflix. It's worth checking out if you folks are curious about this guy's thought process, and how he has influenced the brand/kind of politics we experience today.
"Working against Mr. Stone could be his multiple run-ins earlier this year with Judge Amy Berman Jackson, who is overseeing the case and will preside over sentencing, set for Feb. 6. After a series of infractions, including posting a photo of the judge with an image of cross-hairs next to her head on Instagram in February, she banned him from social media."

Way to butter his bread for himself.
Then his supporters will cheer with glee, instead of recognize that the rule of law is over, that the guilty get a pass if you know someone, and that that means it is for them too should they not please their king.
