Donald Trump is digging his own grave

I reckon you didn't read what I wrote in post #11

Our President did not ask Ukraine to dig up dirt on Biden; the fact of this matter is Biden himself publicly bragged last year that he as Vice President put a stipulation on U.S. foreign aid to Ukraine. Joe Biden's stipulation on U.S. foreign aid to Ukraine was that the Ukrainian prosecutor,be fired for his investigation into why Biden's son had been paid $50 k a month by a Ukrainian natural gas energy production company where Joe Biden's son was unqualified to do any work there for this company.

In conclusion, since President Donald J. Trump didn't ask Ukraine to find any wrongdoing other than what Biden himself publicly admitted to having interfered with the Ukrainian justice system, Donald J. Trump has not violated any laws for asking Ukraine to verify what Biden had himself already admitted to having tampered with the Ukrainian judicial system.

I see you’re still spreading this trash after I debunked it already.

Claims Biden was corrupt because he was pressuring Ukraine to fire Shokin. Who he claims was investigations Bidens son, he wasn’t

Irony: claims what Biden did was wrong. But it wasn’t wrong to pressure coney, sessions, etc to end investigation of HIMSELF, then Mueller investigation.

————————-

Claims it was wrong for Bidens son to work for companies that then did business in Ukraine and with China. Because it’s corrupt

Irony: it’s not corrupt for his kids to do business with countries right now? It’s not corrupt for HIM to be force feeding business to his properties??

————————-

Reality is Shokin wasn’t going after any of the corruption in the Ukraine. Ignoring it, not going after any of it. THE WORLD and IMF were trying to get rid of him. His deputy resigned due to the corruption.

Irony: it’s kind of like Barr right now. Ignoring the corruption etc. everyone but trump knows it and wants him gone.

————————-

It’s been stated by Ukraine Bidens son was not involved, was innocent, nothing to do with anything. Not by the guy who was ignoring the corruption. But also by the guy who replaced him!!! Remember, Shokin was not fired because he was

Investigating Bidens son or anyone else for that matter. He was fired because he WASNT investigating anyone lol

Lastly. “Billions of dollars” makes it sound like a Biden made a lot of money. What was at stake? ONE billion dollars. Well, not quite even that. It was a billion dollar LOAN GUARANTEE. To get rid of the guy who there was an international agreement wasn’t doing enough to stop corruption. Literally, the opposite of what’s being accused of here. FYI. The Obama administration actually SUPPORTED an investigation into the company Bidens son worked for. Important little detail conveniently left out.

Its not wrong for trump to ask Ukraine to investigate a USA citizen WHEN said citizen did his potential crime IN UKRAINE and NOT having done it in his native country. Whats wrong is if trump just barges into ukraine and investigates it himself. He has to ask. If the potential corruption was done in the USA, then of course you dont need another country to investigate it.

Again, its not about him being a political opponent, its about potential corruption. To prove a crime, you need to prove a wrong intent and you dont have that.

What is? Ill tell you what the real abuse of power is, its the lying, evil, hypocritical, sick, communist democrats that are abusing there power. They need to be wiped off the face of the earth for the scumbags they are.

If it’s not about Biden being a political opponent. Why was trump so concerned about Biden's "corruption" in Ukraine why didn't he ask Ukraine about it 2017? Or 2018? Or April 2019 when he first spoke to Ukraine President? Why wait until July 2019? Simple Joe Biden only got in race in April 2019

In order for this new defense to work you have to believe two things. One, that Trump is truly the Captain America of fighting corruption. (Stop laughing.) And second, that when Trump asked the Ukrainian president in the heat of the election cycle to investigate his top political rival, it had “NOTHING” to do with the 2020 election. (Okay, start laughing.)

Really? Asking for help from a foriegn leader for personal gain as a sitting president is an abuse of power. Uhm apparently critical thinking is not one of your skills.

You mean: asking for help from a foriegn leader for *potential* personal gain.... As it is, it's just assumptions on a predicted action that hasn't and may have never occured.

A lot like trying to debate creationists, isn't it?

And much like creationists, they don't seem to be at all bothered by the fact that one talking point after another turns out to be completely false. Just like creationists, they simply gallop over to the next one, and it never occurs to them to stop for a second and question why their leaders keep sending them out with such bad talking points.
The good news is that it appears that these are the people on the fringe. Polls indicate a plurality for an impeachment investigation, if not quite a majority.

Come on man, stop trolling.

After Biden announced his bid for president, Trump clearly became increasingly alarmed with Biden’s candidacy since polls from May through July found Biden beating Trump — and beating him badly. In fact, a June 16 Fox News poll showed Trump losing to Biden by 10 points, which caused Trump to take to Twitter to slam Fox News, writing at Fox News Polls are always bad for me. They were against Crooked Hillary also. Something weird going on at Fox.”

And on the very morning of July 25 when Trump called Zelensky to ask for him to help his 2020 campaign by investigating Biden, Fox News released a new poll again showing Biden trouncing Trump by 10 points.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to get that the sole reason Trump asked Ukraine’s president on July 25, 2019 to investigate Biden’s actions from March 2016 was because we are in the heat of the 2020 election and Biden is crushing Trump in poll after poll. And anyone who actually thinks this was about Trump fighting corruption and not the 2020 election, please contact me so I can sell you shares in my unicorn ranch — it’s located right next to the “Trump Institute of Ethics.”

Your personal bias against Trump is totally contradictive toward the Democratic way of approaching law.

You cannot punish someone who has not committed a crime yet, and who has never admitted to wanting to commit the crime. To make judgements against someone in this manner is corrupt, plain and simple.

The crime is clear. The bias is yours.

I don't see how advocating for a Democratic approach toward law is a bad thing, regardless of the polls taken on people who probably don't understand Democracy, who probably don't even appreciate the American way of life, or even America at all for that matter.

LMAOOOOOOO me having personal bias?

You’re the one that keeps ignoring The day after Mueller’s testimony, Trump called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and pressured Zelensky to help him win the 2020 election by investigating former Vice President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter. In the weeks that followed, Trump refused to grant Zelensky a meeting at the White House and halted $250 million of congressionally authorized military aid to the country, raising the possibility that the president was, “not just soliciting Ukraine’s help with his presidential campaign” but using U.S. military aid to “extort it.”

The current president admitted to using extortion to force a foreign leader to manufacture dirt on his political opponent.

Like @Subduction Zone said. The bias is yours!

Waat..? Trump never admitted to extortion by holding U.S. military aid, in fact he said he didn't do that.

...You should get your news from more credible sources.

He also never said he "pressured Zelensky to help him win the 2020 election". That's two fabrications in one post. o_O

If you watch the video that I provided a lawyer mentions the specific laws for you too.

But the video was about "hearsay", which had nothing to do with charging Trump with the criminal *act* of election tampering prior to him actually doing it... Based solely on the assumption that he probably was going to.

...You say that merely asking for foreign information is illegal. Now I'd like to read the exact language of that law.

I just read the entire article, and nowhere in there does it claim that Trump admitted to extortion.

...I'm not clear what you think this proves.

That article proves his extortion of Ukraine since you denied it. And him admitting he pushed Ukraine for dirt on Biden is in the video in my OP. But you just wanna continue to remain ignorant.

You do understand that the texts speak about setting up a visit to the White House after promising to do the requested research...

...Extortions involve holding money and assets in a threatening manner, not setting up friendly trips to the white house.

What part of Trump had put a hold on Ukrainian military assistance and told his aides to lie to Congress about why he did it, Don’t you understand?
