Please refresh my memory. Did I say something to you? So sorry!

You made a public comment on a public thread, i was asking for clarification of your public comment. If you are unwilling to justify your public comment then of course is can be "assumed" that you simply cannot justify your public comment.

Sorry if you find the idea if public comment on a public thread on a public forum disturbing but hey, thats public media for ya!!!

Children across the Netherlands are learning to hate gays as Islamic primary schools operating across the country distribute anti-gay literature which teaches students that Allah destroyed an entire people because of their homosexuality. Reported by the Voice of Europe.
Is this hate speech?
You need to understand that gays are allowed to be sacrificed in this game, They promoted gays and raised a storm against them.

Can any of you gentlemen point out to me any anti-homosexual sponsored literature by any Christian Church? What is your source? Have any of these Christian denotations, murdered homosexuals by means of throwing homosexual them off the roofs of tall buildings or hanging them? Please cite me your sources. I grew up in the fifties in a ultra conservative Catholic environment. I do not recall at anytime, any person ever mentioning the subject of homosexuals. Just the usual priest running off with a nun story!

But but but...
There are many, many times more white christian anti gay bigots then gay activists

And consider, without the white christian anti gay bigots there would ve nothing to take action over

It's the other way around. These days gay-bigots have the institutions on their
side. This is how they were able to attack a Catholic Archbishop in Tasmania
because he printed material on the Catholic's view of marriage.

It's interesting - these same Tasmanian gays said their campaign for decriminalization
had nothing to do with promoting gay culture, teaching homosexuality in schools or
seeking gay marriage. They lied of course. And now we have transgender activists.
Next it's polygamist activists, and then pederasty activists.

As big as the church and bigger.
Public approval of homosexuality is now bigger than approval of religion.
I don't know where the public stands on things like gay-boy sex and
gay pub casual sex, but I am sure approval of these things will help
shift heterosexuals along to more sexual sex and young girl sex.

Mate, where you been? Jack Chick "ministries" has been writing about the evil gays for like forever lol

Chick.com: Gay Blade, The

Gay Girl Good God by Jackie Hill, a memoir promoting the whole ex gay thing.
https://www.amazon.com/Gay-Girl-Good-God-Always/dp/1462751229/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8

Here's a list on Goodreads that people consider anti LGBTQ mostly by various Christian authors. Now given there's 100, there's probably some that might not be anti gay. I don't know for sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were all anti gay
Homophobic Bull**** (100 books)

Need I even bring up the infamous Westboro Baptist Church?
Westboro Baptist Church Home Page

And this Steve Anderson pastor of the Faithful Word Baptist Church in Arizona has some err "unfortunate" videos up on YouTube.
Faithful Word Baptist Church - Wikipedia

Now there's some obvious hate speech in many of those sentiments. Maybe one could argue the ex gay literature is more detrimental than outright hateful, I suppose. But you know, even the KKK have First Amendment rights in most Westnern countries. Presumably why pastor's like Mr Anderson have yet to be arrested for calling for the death of gays, allegedly, in his sermons. As far as I'm aware, anyway.

Do you have citation to your claim?

Although homosexuality is becoming more accepted (and rightly so) the christian and muslim churches (comprising over half the world population) will never change their set in their ways view of homosexuality.

Where the hell does paedophilia cone into it? One of the great hate cries of christianity against gays. Young anything sex is more likely to be the playground of priests than gays.

Making such a statemen says much of your limited understanding of homosexuality

In a Baptist Church in Holland I went to, they had a program "Pray the gay away". They got it from America (I just heard about the prayer, never saw a book with. But must have been there.

They think gay is okay if you don't practise

So they want all gay become Christian priests it looks like

But not one of those "Christian priests who were making frontpage news this year" of course

OK I read your few selective articles. What you have pointed out are selective stories. The difference between what is happening in Holland and what you cited is that Islam sponsors hatred towards homosexual on a global scale. The Pope in Rome and other conservative protestants have never made a world wide appeal for hatred and death to homosexuals. I am an atheist. I know that in the old testament there are verses which do call for the death of homosexuals, but I have never heard of either the Catholic Church or any Protestant Clergy actively seeking the death of homosexuals. Personally, I disagree with the homosexual lifestyle, but I respect a person`s right to privacy and would never do anything to invade their private freedom.

It is true reported all over the media. Are you suggesting that the VOE is lying?
The suggestion is that “Voice of Europe” is unreliable based on the evidence of their past reporting. That doesn’t necessarily mean the events they report didn’t happen at all but could mean their focus, spin or representations might not be entirely accurate or neutral reporting.

I’ve seen elsewhere that it was reported more widely, seeming to involve an extremist group in a number of schools and is being investigated by the authorities. I’ve also seen statements form other Dutch Muslims unconditionally speaking out against it, both in public and to the Imams involved. Most of the coverage is in Dutch of course, making it harder for English speakers to get a clear picture of all the facts.

Probably because society has more or less (for a lack of a better term) tamed a lot of the Church. We don't generally allow them to burn gay people anymore. Or bash gay people physically. Or even imprison gay people anymore. Which used to happen in society by the way. Churches can call for the death of gay people, like Neo Nazis can call for the death of Jews. They'll get labelled hate groups, but they can still do so. But the tides have turned. It's not great PR to do so openly anymore.

Yes I think you are correct. But rarely enforced.
That you know of. As you said, nobody spoke of it because the effect (and purpose) of the law was to silence and disenfranchise anyone who was (perceived to be) homosexual. Plenty of discrimination, abuse and violence did happen in those environments, it’s just that nobody could speak about it publicly.

Fundamentalist Christians are taught just the same, in far more schools, yet this is not mentioned. The number of muslim schools in the Netherlands seems to be about 50, out of several thousand. It is not clear that all of them distribute anti-gay literature.

This is just more of your nasty propaganda.

So you're making the "two wrongs make it right" argument?

Those islaamic teachings? Sure they are.

This is a perfect example of the often-overlooked significant contrasts between Islaam and Christianity these days.

Christianity has very similar, and arguably literally the same points of doctrine in its tradition... but it allows itself to learn better, and for the most part it indeed learned better. European Christians are religiously mature enough to not fall prey to the poison that would otherwise fester from their doctrine.

Islaam literally forbids itself from learning sanity in a comparable fashion... and it shows. It also forbids trusting non-Muslims, although it is anyone's guess on how deeply that teaching takes root where there are mixed communities.

But of course, it is well documented that Muslims just don't mix very much at all, mostly because they refuse to even attempt to.

For all of its faults, Christianity has an enormously better track record in that regard.

Nor is it much of a secret that for the most part Muslim communities adopt the strategy (conscious or otherwise) of emphasizing that people should be left to their own devices and beliefs when the Muslim numbers are low. But as soon as the numbers rise (and Muslims are well known for their remarkable demographic growth) they start to expect political privilege and exception (as clearly demanded by the Qur'an, one should note).

Unfortunately, there is no way to appease such expectations without submitting to them. Islaam must be confronted in no unclear terms, although I can hardly trust the discernment nor the wisdom (such as it is) of the Right to materialize such a much necessary endeavor. It falls to the center and the left to accept and actualize the need of telling Muslims that they will not be allowed to destroy democracy no matter how sincerely they believe that God wants them to, nor how many voters they end up producing.
