Well God's wrath, you know. He isn't indifferent.
This line of reasoning concerning human Will, and the development of A1 intelligence is very confusing and full of misinformation.
First, the nature of human will, and the nature and potential of free will has not changed since the first human became human hundreds of thousands, possibly millions, of years ago. There is not evidence that humans changed from the Old Testament world to the New Testament world.
Second, the nature of the human decision making process has been demonstrated not to be autonomous or a 'completely free will agent' as the concept of libertarian free will would claim. What is called free will in humans remains subject to the limited choices based on the prior chain of the outcomes of cause and effect events including evolutionary limits on our decision making choices, and choices humans make. Some sort of limited free will may exist, but the degree has not been determined. Some form of compatibilist human will is most likely the case.
Third, the goal of A1 intelligence is not to achieve a 100% autonomous decision making process in computers, but to achieve a degree of intelligence decision making process with a degree of freedom similar to humans, and maybe more freedom than humans without the cultural, and evolutionary bias that would limit the process that humans have.
Oh, not indifferent enough to cause genocide and murder children.

A baby or any creature not capable of choosing right from wrong indeed cannot incur the wrath of God. But they can die. All in God's plan. Besides that, it is widely believed that if this happens it is due to the sin of someone near. Some Muslims, for instance, believe that if one person does something bad he may be punished with all his family members and even friends or aquintances.
According to the bible they can be murdered by your god
And punishing others for a crime they didnt commit is just?

I wouldn't readily mix the Bible in it.
Not exactly, in my opinion. I only mentioned that some believe it happens/can happen. If it does happen I don't believe it is because it is just, but because it is part of God's plan. Many of these stories you speak of are warnings for all human kind.

Or "look i have killed your children, now do you love me?"
Nope not a warning but the work of a psychopath.
The fault of the fallible nature of humans should not cause the wrath of God, since God is responsible for the Creation of humanity as they are.
