New vote count in Wisconsin and Michigan?

Do you think the result could change?

It's unlikely to change because of the recount, I think, but in an earlier election, a challenge to Ohio's vote led to reforms in several other states of electronic voting -- including a ban in California of one particular machine. The Green Party is claiming that's what they want to do here -- create momentum for reform.

There's an interesting story from Bill Palmer, who is an independent journalist. I do not know how honest Palmer is and I cannot vouch for him or his story, but it's possible he's breaking news here that's significant, Shrew:

Ahead of recount, Wisconsin has already wiped out 5,000 imaginary Donald Trump votes

It will be interesting if any other news outlet picks up on this in the next few days. Time will tell.

The Green Party has already raised the funding for the Pennsylvania recount, and is now working on raising the funds for the Michigan recount.

Thanks for the link.
Here in Austria * we don't use computers for voting... and I thinks that's a good idea...

* that's in Europe - no, we do not have kangaroos here :D

This link has a copy of the Petition for recount in Wisconsin filed by Jill Stein. Indeed, possible cyberhacking is part of the reasoning behind it.

The more computerized states would be the obvious targets.
But we're big on paper ballots here.

Is this her reasoning, & it's purely that MI, PA & WI have extremely close counts where Trump won?
It seems far more likely that she wants to roll the dice on the off chance that Hilda can eek out a win.
The paper ballots vs computerized is one of the issues computer scientists noted. That the weird results were with non paper ballots, oddly enough.

Well, it's harder to hack paper.....too much manual labor.

If the recount weren't about changing the result,
You answered your own question with
The video supports my claim that Stein finds Hillary the more dangerous one regarding war with Russia.

My question was whether the video was about the recount or something else. I take it that's a "something else".
I realize you conservative Republican people find non-partisan motivations difficult to grasp. But they do exist. Frankly, I believe that there is a good deal of corruption and vote rigging going on and it's primarily from Republicans who have trouble getting elected honestly. IMHO.

.....you conservative Republican people....
Oh, you neo-communistic Whigs....always getting the political labels of others wrong!

Vote rigging.....
I watched the corrupt relationship between Hillary & the DNC in the primaries,
& then with the NYT & others during the election. Trump won his primaries
fair & square, albeit boorishly. Hillary is.....uh.....a basket of dishonestables.

Lemme repeat the question you keep dancing around.
I don't dance.
Don't make me prove it!
You'd lose your lunch.
"Was the video relevant to the recount? Or was it about something else? "
Tom
I already answered your question.
Does this mean you're dancing around my answer?
Anyway, I specifically said that the video addressed my claim that it's odd
that Stein would support a recount which could install Hillary as prez.
I'll say this again if need be.

Apparently the electronic voting machines used in Wisconsin have been outlawed in California due to their lack of protection from hacking.

There is always the possibility that Stein is actually concerned about preserving the intergrity of our democratic processes. Her requesting the recounts certainly brings the Green Party into the public eye as an alternative to our current bifurcated view of political parties.

It smells more like a last ditch attempt to rescue a Hillary presidency.
This is certainly her right, but it still strikes me as odd, given her Hillarygenic fear of war.
