Your Opinion on Osho

I see, the difference then with Osho is that he wasn't interested in money, people kept giving him money, and watches, and Roll Royce's, he would play with them and then give them away, yes a lot was happening around Osho, but Osho himself was nothing to do with it, you have to understand that.

Understand that? I don't believe a word of that.

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
One thing for certain there will always be people like Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh.

It's not going to end, so while OSHO is a sore point of contention, In fairness, I haven't really come across anything notable by which modern day OSHO followers have taken things to the degree that it had gone in the past. At least to my knowledge.

Still don't, nor will I likely ever understand why people become so fanatical and submissive to one person so as to become literally subservient to a degree as to go to the extremes that they do in some cases at the behest of its leaders.

Isis

Jonestown

Branch Davidians

Heavens Gate

Army of God

Nazism

The list goes on.

That is an interesting field of study. There are some noticeable frequent traits among Rajneeshs so-called "sanyasins" here in Brazil, for instance.

Whatever Rajneesh was, only a power hungry man would call himself 'Bhagawan'. And later, he changes his name to Osho, Why? Nevertheless, his discourses are full of insight, clever man!
