Why Islam, Christianity and modern Judaism are all apostate religious institutions.

the word "Islam" means "submission" to God

Islam- Mohammed came and taught Muslims they could follow other laws which are not found in the Law of Moses. He also negated many commands in the Law of Moses as being applicable to Muslims.
Hi Simplelogic

We Muslims follow God law that come by His Messengers .

God sent particular Laws to Jews (ONLY FOR JEWS) , for exemple "sabbath".

I follow every law I possibly can. My source is the Torah.

I need your help, simplelogic. The Tanakh reads E x o d u s 31:12-15 The Lord spoke to Moses, saying: "And you, speak to the children of Israel and say: 'Only keep My Sabbaths! For it is a sign between Me and you for your generations, to know that I, the Lord, make you holy. Therefore, keep the Sabbath, for it is a sacred thing for you. Those who desecrate it shall be put to death, for whoever performs work on it, that soul will be cut off from the midst of its people. Six days work may be done, but on the seventh day is a Sabbath of complete rest, holy to the Lord; whoever performs work on the Sabbath day shall be put to death.'

Just using the Torah, please answer me:
What sort of work deserves death? Can I walk? Eat? Can me and my wife make dinner? Is riding an elevator permitted? How about a carriage? A bicycle?
What if my kid does some work, must I kill my child?
If I see somebody working, am I allowed to kill them?

Hello,
let's me clarify things here.I would like to say that the Torah and the the Bible were all divine books, but they are not anymore.Because they were modified and distorted by humans. The only last holy book that is protected by God is the Quran.People from all over the world recite and memorize it.There is no single contradiction.Just read it .

I think it is valid for these modern religionists to say these laws were particular to Moses' time and the world changes and we can use our intelligence to evolve.

I don't feel the need to ''justify'' my beliefs regarding the 'Torah'. I suppose, if one were looking for justifications, you have a point.

I'm not clear on what you are saying. What are your beliefs regarding the Torah?

Well it may seem logical to you but the idea of God evolving is incompatible with the Torah.

All three of these religious institutions have ONE thing in common. They all believe that the law of Moses was divinely given by God. Ironically, none of these religious institutions believe in exclusively following this law. Each one has made up clever ways to circumvent the Torah guidelines. Yet the Torah itself condemns the practicing of "adding to" or "taking away" commandments:

"You shall not add to the word which I am commanding you, nor take away from it, that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you. Deut 4: 2

Here's a question: can God add to His work?

Christianity- Follow's Paul, a man who came and taught people that Jesus' death replaced the need to obey God's original commandments.

Hold on a second. Paul may be a majority contributor to the New Testament, but even he says don't follow him, but follow Christ. It's CHRISTianity, not PAULianity. Your premise is faulty.

Jesus said He fulfilled the law. Paul elaborated as an apostle very close to the era of Christ, and more or less simply taught what was revealed to him. We accept testimony of apostles. Jesus didn't write. The people who lived with Him and just after Him did.

I'm not an apologetic for Judaism or Islam, I'll let the members here who associate with those systems comment. At least for the case of Judaism, your logic seems faulty there, as well, but it's not my area of expertise...

Jesus said that ALL of the law of Moses will exist until "heaven and earth pass away". Even the "smallest law". Paul taught that Jesus' sacrifice removed the need to keep the law of Moses. Jesus never taught this.

I'm sorry to tell you that there are no contradictions in the Quran.People attempted to find one wrong thing but unfortunately, they couldn't.Some of them bring only part of the verse and ignore the rest. The link won't open with with me please bring me an example.

Representatives from all three Abrahamic faiths have chimed in with the typical responses. My overall point is that these faiths do NOT follow the law of Moses exclusively yet they all claim the law of Moses as divinely inspired. Yet the law of Moses prohibits "adding to" or "taking away". Paul, or Muhammad or Rabbi's who add or subtract from the law of Moses while still claiming it as authoritative are contradicting the law of Moses!

There are plenty of websites that list the contradictions. Some try to provide answers etc. My point isn't to catalog a list but to point out that the claim of perfection is open to challenge and is answerable (as you have, "Some of them bring only part of the verse and ignore the rest.") in the same way that other texts are challenged by you but their adherents could answer you similarly. Your text is no more provably perfect and infallible than anyone else's.

So forget the rabbis -- what are YOUR answers and how did you get to them?
Study of Torah, prayer, meditation, contemplation etc...

We are in diaspora. The true importance of Shabbat was always TO REST. Make it a day that is different from all others. I don't need your Rabbi's to define REST for me. Though it should be stated that even Sabbath was meant for the land of Israel. The Shabbats and shamita cycles pertain to the Isreal (in the land). I memorialize and keep Shabbat by abstaining from work. No, I don't need your Rabbi's to hold my hand and tell me the details of how to do it. I will search my God and stand on my own two feet before Him. When God restores the Levites to the land we will all be on the same page again when it comes to the details. Until then, every man is on His own to seek out righteousness and discernment.

So how do YOU define work? And how could the sabbath be meant for the land when it was a commandment given in the desert with rules that related to desert times? How exactly do you understand אל-יצא איש ממקמו--ביום השביעי?

And if you don't add or take away any rules, then where do you keep the shovel you use to bury your feces?
