There is little wisdom in challenging an entity you can't prove does not exist and much evidence exists to suggest he does, to kill you. However I do not believe I said anything about God killing you or anything like it. I said it is not something I would risk doing even when I was an atheist. It is just devoid of any justification and appears arrogant.

Something bad has yet to come of it. I've no reason to fear something I don't believe in. If someone threatened you with the power of Zeus would you take them seriously? Also, I would hardly say "much" evidence exists to suggest this god exists...

I like Zeus, he's a lot less prude than Yahweh. Zeus is a god I could have a beer with... I'd give praise to Zeus a million times before I would Yahweh.

No, but only because I have sufficient evidence by virtue of an actual connection with a God who claims to be exclusive to believe Zeus does not exist. There simply is not point in doing other than to irritate anyone who has Biblical faith or as expression of the contempt you have for God. I never yell Zeus "explicative" when I stumble.

2 billion plus found the evidence not just there but so convincing they overturned the atheism they were born with. The overwhelming majority of atheist can't claim to have made such a change in stance. They are right were they begin regardless of evidence. Just out of curiosity and I consider it likely but can you think of anything believed in by as many people as believe in God that turned out to be wrong. Maybe a flat Earth but I doubt it. In fact if the generic God then I do not think so.

He is so majestic that no one gives a crap about him in a thousand years. What do you mean "shun" us to and he could not even keep the Titans in there?

Same will go for the Abrahamic god in the future. Christianity will be taught as "Christian mythology" right along with the Greek, Roman, and Egyptian religions when the next big thing comes through.

I believe there is no right religion. Out of all the religion's in the world it just seem's wrong to me to pick one religion over the other and say this is the right religion all other's are a fake. I could never do that. I am not religious. So in a way I am not picking any favorite's.

predicting God's demise is a bad career choice. Just ask Nietzsche or Voltaire. There is no point in discussing the merits of something you have no way of knowing.

Not to be a pedant, but the Nietzsche quote "God is dead", is probably the single patently misunderstood quote ever. Nietzsche was NOT saying that God existed and is now deceased. Rather, his proclamation that God is dead meant that belief in God as a foundation of morality was dead- and his philosophy consisted in trying to find a naturalistic basis to anchor morality and prevent the nihilism which he thinks will accompany a widespread lack of religious belief.

And the Death of God was for Nietzsche the starting point for his philosophy, which is one of the most widely read and influential (not to mention suggestive and insightful) philosophies in the past thousand years- so he'd probably say it was an excellent career choice.

I believe Christianity comes from God and is therefore good so anyone saying it is bad is wrong. Everyone saying it is good is right.
