mrscardero went to the Renaissance Fair today. Huzzah!

She is not to bring home any flutes, weapons or turkey legs. The only thing I requested was a small bottle (not a six pack) of mead, (if they have any) because I have never tasted mead.

We did a Renaissance Faire in high school.

It was pretty fun. I was supposed to be running the admission table with another girl, and we eventually just left and let someone else do it. I found my way to the kitchen and worked with my sister instead. Subway donated bread to our school for it and all I ate that day was an entire loaf of subway bread and a kfc snacker. My mom and dad never gave us very much lunch money, and I didn't have a job yet at the time, so I got $2 each day. I saved most of it for a car, but sometimes I'd buy food with it. Oh yes, from 7th grade until the end of 10th grade I saved most of my $2 lunch money per day(most days) for a car. It adds up after 4 years. It's a good thing I thought ahead when I was 12...

I went to get more Mt. Dew in my skull cup, and there was a bug on the floor in the kitchen!
It wasn't dead! It crawled away... I just got my Dew and ran...
It reminds me of the time I saw that big spider in the living room.
Now I'm not going to be able to go back into the kitchen for a while...

I didn't like it.
