Will Trumps trial be fair and unbiased?

People seem to either love him or hate him. It seems there is no in between. With that said IMO the jurors will either love him or hate him.
Will that lead to a just trial?
I support Trump on this one.If he had an affair with Stormy Daniels that is his business. If he did not that's his business. The fact he paid hush money is no proof he had an affair. On Wall Street many people including evangelicals have affairs, get divorced multiple times and meet with prostitutes.

Trouble is legally it is cheaper to settle these cases. How one does the bookkeeping is no big deal.A lot of people have said Trump looks beat and exhausted -which might be the whole idea.

Both Democrats and Republicans have leaders caught with their pants down

Why is this trial coming out now? before election time.

If Trump,Ms Marjorie Taylor Greene etc are going to be criticized it should be for the substantial eg kneeling to Putin over Ukraine. The money USA sends means Russia burns up arms and money. Its threat is reduced. We need to be watchful for sleepers who wake to espouse the Russian agenda.

What is this case even about? Is this the civil business fraud case or the hush money case? The problem is in both these cases, the state of NY is ignoring all precedent, and has brought a unique spin case, against a political opponent of the DNC.

In the business case, Trump is accused of inflating his worth to gain favorable loans? We are told to believe that Banks in NYC. with the $Tillions in assets, are so easy to fool. These are the same Poor helpless Banks, that the DNC also says need to be regulated. Does this exaggerated worth crime, now apply to all used car salesmen, who have ever sold used cars? "This car was only driven on Sundays, by an old lady". "That car is mint, accidence free and was never in a flood." We need to accept a poor helpless teen is more capable on a used car lot, then a meek and mild, NYC Bank, that needs to be regulated. Who buys this crap?
To translate this case into your used car analogy, what Trump did would be like giving a Carfax report to the buyer showing zero collisions and claims, despite knowing that the car broken in two pieces in a collision after the Carfax report was printed and has since been welded back together.

And yes: if someone did this with a car, it would be fraud.

Trump’s lawyers have attempted to delay it over and over. He was charged over a year ago. The issue is the attempt to hide payments made to cover up a potentially vote-losing scandal during an election campaign, not having affairs or bad book-keeping.

This information is readily available, it would take you minutes to look into it.

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
I don't think it will. Practically everybody in the world has an opinion about Trump being that he was the former US president, one way or another.

Personally, I think that a lot of the attempts to prosecute him are basically political showboating. He made enough enemies and pissed enough people off that people are out for blood.
It shows the true colors of the left wing beautifully.

There are some Republicans who hate his guts as well. When he was an outsider, nobody took him seriously. But when he got closer to the nomination, you had guys like Lindsey Graham and Mitt Romney who were prominent Republicans against Trump.

Right now there is a worrying fusion of neocon warmongers and the woke left.
