In the UK they eat black pudding, some people prefer rare steak, some eat blood soups (especially in Eastern Europe) etc. even though Acts says this:
It seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us not to burden you with anything beyond the following requirements: You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality. You will do well to avoid these things. - Acts 15:28-29.
As an aside, G-d also forbids eating blood from a live animal in the Book of Genesis:
But you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood. - Genesis 9:4
