A question to all:
Do you think the common man, if rallied and channeled properly, could bring about a voice in whether or not we invade Iran? If so, how would we channel the populace in order to "buy in" and have a hand in the game the brass are playing?
At least we don't stone women to death or execute homosexuals in our country. Is America all that and a bag of chips? Why no, we make our fair share of mistakes and a few more. What I am saying is, we have not attacked Iran have we? Why should we be ashamed to be American? Would we be more proud if we were Iranian?
I suppose only when US starts attacking Iran, then only Americans should start feeling ashamed to be American?
I thought American should start feeling ashamed for attacking Iraq, Afghanistan etc already.
We have been down this road before Calgarian. Would you be proud to be an Iranian? Why don't you criticize Iran as well as America or do you think Iran is without fault?
Iran, before the US installed the Shah government, was on the right path. Unfortunately, US has to put the puppet Shah government there, and because of that, fundamental Islamism flourished, and we now have a more religious type of government there.
I encourage you to go there and campaign for your role model ...I would prefer a secular government, for example, the elected Ahmadinejad to have more power, ...
