Surely, those that act and constantly weigh if their deed is worth it in the rewards they would receive.
These people do act not in conciousness of the Lord.

Surely, those that expect reward at the end of their life,
These people have waited too long to enjoy their reward.

For what reward does a good deed bring?
Peace of mind.

And that is the only reward someone needs in the end.
