I'm on the computer early because I wanted to take my blood pressure before the pills to see what it's like early in the morning. It's one of the joys of aging, for me.

Thanx for the compliments, but I'm not that ambitious.
A building came up for sale which would suit 2 former
commercial tenants. I approached them to work some
kind of deal...their being my tenants, our being partners,
or my financing their purchase. It would be a low effort,
low risk, decent financial return deal of some sort.
No get rich endeavor.
