mine goes away one day, come backs the next.... for about 2 months now

I did the FODMAP thing a couple of years ago with a dietician. Cut out pretty much everything then every few days introduce something to find out what's causing the problem. Unfortunately for me it was garlic and onion. I love garlic and onion. I've worked out I can have a small amount every now and then which is better than nothing I guess.

Garlic and onions are my two major food groups!:eek:

Almond butter seems to be working...so far... I discovered a possible trigger or 2 today, still have to research more... Miso soup and/or English Muffins
I get a bit of psoriasis if I have too much red wine. Then I have to cut down on all fermented foods. Pickles, cheese, sauerkraut. One of my favorite sandwiches, a Reuben is loaded with fermented foods.
